    • 90+2' Nothing much to write home about now, but it has been a fantastic afternoon for Swansea who are going to go top of the table.

    • 56' A big chance for Swansea! Dyer sets Graham free with a delicious through-ball and the striker has the goal at his mercy. He opens up his body but curls the shot just wide of the upright. That should have been 3-0.

The last time this happened they failed to win – drawing 4-4 with Wolves having been 4-2 up at the break. The equaliser in that match was scored by current West Ham debutant Matt Jarvis."

    • 45+3' Into the final minute of the half and Nolan gets possession in the box but his attempted lay-off for Cole doesn't come off properly. West Ham having all the pressure now.
    • 45+1' In comes the corner and Nolan gets a shot away at the back post, only to be denied by Chico! Another corner then sees Taylor clear off the line!

    • 44' Chico gives the ball away to Noble 25 yards from goal and though the midfielder then plays in Cole, Ashley Williams comes across to clear for a corner.
    • 42' Cole has hardly seen the ball in this first half and West Ham look very short of ideas indeed. Allardyce needs to make a change at the break really.

    • 33' A deep free kick into the box causes some consternation among the Swansea defence but Jarvis is unable to take advantage when failing to connect with the ball.
    • 31' West Ham want a quick response but Vorm does well once again to deal with a set-piece from Noble. Swansea then almost break but they can't find Michu in space.

    • 27' It's all getting a bit tetchy as Nolan catches Michu with a pretty clumsy challenge - possible retribution for that earlier Tomkins flashpoint. Atkinson wants a word with both players as he seeks to calm things down.
    • 26' Chico gives away another foul by the far touchline and is given a final warning by referee Atkinson. Noble has another chance with a free-kick but James Collins and Tomkins get in each others' way in the air and Swansea are able to clear.
    • 25' Michu completely misses the ball when swinging his boot recklessly at it and the midfielder catches Tomkins. It's a foul, but nothing more for the Spaniard.
    • 24' "Top of the league, we're having a laugh" sing the Swansea fans, who are enjoying their moment in the sun here today.
    • 23' Chico gives away a silly free-kick at the other end and Noble whips in a dangerous set-piece that Vorm does superbly to deal with. The keeper comes off his line to punch away and gets a karate kick to the midriff from Reid. Strangely though it is the West Ham defender who comes off worse.
    • 21' Replays show that the cross from Rangel, firm as it was, was probably creeping wide so that must go down as an own goal. Jaaskelainen will be so disappointed with that.
    • 20' GOAL! Swansea 1-0 West Ham! An own goal for Jaaskelainen! Dyer opened up the defence with a nice ball forward to Rangel and finding himself in lots of space, the right-back fired in a low cross that the West Ham keeper could only turn into his own net.
    • 19' Swansea predictably dominate possession as Britton keeps the ball ticking over again. Chico advances out of defence and gives Diame a sideways look as the midfielder lunges in.
    • 18' The constant percussive drumming from the home fans at the Liberty Stadium can get a bit tiresome, though it keeps the chants coming. A decent atmosphere in Wales but this game hasn't really caught light yet.
    • 17' In comes the corner but Cole is alert at the near post to head clear for West Ham.
    • 16' Excellent from Routledge as he wins the ball back on the right wing and pops a cross in for Graham, who fails to get the necessary contact. The ball bounces out to Taylor, who sees his low shot deflected behind for a corner.
    • 15' Dyer plays in Angel Rangel down the right and the full-back plays in a dangerous low cross that fizzes into the box. No Swansea shirts attack the ball though as West Ham clear.
    • 14' Noble spots Jarvis in a pocket of space in the centre and slips a quick pass into the winger. Jarvis tries to ping one over the top first time but the contact is too heavy.
    • 12' Play is stopped after Diame collides into Winston Reid. The defender comes off worse and needs a bit of treatment.
    • 11' Dyer spots Routledge making a clever diagonal run and tries to unleash his fellow forward with a cute pass. However, George McCartney is in attendance as the ball deflects to Jussi Jaaskelainen.
    • 10' Leon Britton recycles possession after Dyer loses the ball, prodding the ball back to Chico in defence. Britton - a former West Ham player - is so effective at that.
    • 9' Michu tries to play in Graham with a through-ball but puts just too much on it. The Spaniard, signed from Rayo Vallecano in the summer, scored 15 times in La Liga last season and twice on the opening day here, but can also pick up an assist or two when required.
    • 8' Diame loses possession in the centre of the field and as the ball begins to escape him he throws out a leg and catches De Guzman. Just a foul as there was nothing malicious in it.
    • 7' Stat from Infostrada: "The last London club to win a top flight match at Swansea was West Ham – 5-1 in April 1983."
    • 6' Swansea, as expected, are 4-2-3-1, with Michu in behind Graham and Nathan Dyer and Wayne Routledge wide. They have plenty of action between the lines.

The midfield triangle of Leon Britton, Jonathan De Guzman and Michu looks strong, while West Ham are hardly short of presence in that area with Mark Noble, Kevin Nolan and Mohamed Diame. The Hammers defence looks a touch more vulnerable while Carlton Cole is probably inferior to Danny Graham.

  7. Great win again Swans, but the Hammers are surely going­ down after that shocking game. Swans individually­ looked good and were better when playing fast flowing­ football, may have made a few mistakes but they tried­ and run their socks off for 95 minutes. Individually­ West ham were disgraceful, Kevin Nolan had a bad day at­ the office, but Carlton Cole should never play again,­ absolutely shocking for a supposed Prem footballer.
