    • 90+4' The full-time whistle goes at the DW Stadium, and Wigan have clinched their first win in seven Premier League matches with a 2-1 victory over West Ham! Ramis and McArthur's goals are enough for Roberto Martinez's side, with Tomkins's header insufficient for the visitors. Premier League table
    • 90+3' GOAL! Tomkins grabs a goal back for West Ham as he heads beyond Al Habsi from close range, and it's a perfect dinked cross from McCartney that puts the goal on a plate for the defender! It's too little, too late for West Ham.
    • 90+2' Kone races clear of the West Ham back four again, but he cannot pick out a composed finish as Jaaskelainen makes a fine save!
    • 90+1' West Ham continue to pile on the pressure, but they've left it far too late.
    • 90' There will be four added minutes at the end of the second half.
    • 89' McCarthy is booked for a hack on Maiga, and he can have no complaints.
    • 88' It's all West Ham, but Wigan are comfortable at the back as Al Habsi makes a commanding challenge in his own box.
    • 87' What a chance for West Ham and Tomkins! A cross comes in from the right, but Tomkins's shot is cleared off the line - it's Caldwell with the clearance, and that's very fine defending!
    • 85' Wigan break from deep once more, and they keep the ball so effectively in midfield and in the West Ham half.
    • 84' O'Neil is furious with the referee as he does not allow an advantage, and Allardyce is not happy either.
    • 83' Ramis is down injured temporarily, but he gets to his feet very gingerly after a delay in play.
    • 82' It has been a supreme display from McCarthy and McArthur in midfield, and Martinez clearly rates the pair extremely highly - and for good reason.
    • 81' Kone crosses from the right and Maloney looks to be about to head in at the far post only for Tomkins to get a touch.
    • 79' Watson comes on for Di Santo now, and Martinez is attempting to shore things up.
    • 77' O'Neil crosses but Cole heads over, and this is getting very frustrating for the Hammers supporters.
    • 76' A Collins clearance somehow finds Maiga and he wins a corner. It's frenetic stuff.
    • 75' Gary O'Neil comes on for Diame as Allardyce makes another change, and that's his third.
    • 73' McCartney and Jarvis attempt crosses but they are cleared. Wigan far more of a threat even when West Ham have the ball - Kone breaks to win a corner.
    • 71' Cole attempts a snap shot from the edge of the box, but he scuffs his effort and is not able to turn it on target.
    • 69' Wigan toy with the visitors before Di Santo attempts an acrobatic scissor kick that Jaaskelainen stoops to collect comfortably.
    • 67' Maloney gets to the byline but Tomkins clears. Only as far as Di Santo but his shot is blocked.
    • 65' McCartney pumps a ball in from deep, but Carroll fails to control the ball from close range with the goal at his mercy - that was a huge chance for the big man!
    • 63' Wigan have won none and lost five of their last six Premier League home games against sides from London - it looks as though they could be about to change that today.
    • 62' Carlton Cole comes on to replace Mark Noble, and Allardyce is having to change his side's approach now.
    • 61' West Ham have committed more fouls (120) than any other team in the Premier League this season.
    • 60' @GlennJennings still believes that West Ham will score twice, through Nolan and Carroll. Sammy H reckons that Wigan will win 3-0! What do others think?
    • 59' Di Santo ghosts in at the back post for Wigan, but he doesn't manage to turn the ball on target from close range.
    • 58' Allardyce remains unmoved on the touchline as his side struggle to keep hold of the ball in midfield.
    • 57' Jarvis very nearly gets on the end of a long ball from McCartney, and West Ham are forcing their way back into the reckoning in this match.
    • 55' Noble is booked for what seems to just be an accumulation of fouls, and he has no complaints.
    • 53' Diame scuffs a tame shot wide of the near post, and he never looked like testing Al Habsi from there.
    • 52' West Ham slowly begin to work their way back into the match as Jarvis takes the ball down the left and attempts a cross in for Carroll.
    • 51' Again Kone flies through on goal with an alarming lack of marking, but he lacks composure and fires a shot wide.
    • 49' Wigan are the only team who have not recouped any points from matches where they have fallen behind this season, so this is a welcome change for Martinez's men.
    • 47' GOAL! Di Santo crosses in from the left, before Maloney lays the ball off to McArthur, who lashes home a clinical finish from inside the West Ham box, and there's a distinct lack of marking as Wigan double their lead!
    • 46' The second half is under way, and Wigan are straight back on the attack as West Ham start slowly. Modibo Maiga comes on for Benayoun as Allardyce makes a change.
    • - What did you make of that first half? Can you see West Ham recovering in the second half, or will Wigan build on their lead? Get in touch with me on Twitter - @Dan_Eurosport
    • 45+2' The half-time whistle goes at the DW, and Wigan lead 1-0 courtesy of Ramis's quite stunning volley in the eighth minute! It's worth watching the highlights later just to see the goal, and it separates the sides. West Ham have it all to do.
    • 45+1' West Ham waste a corner with bodies in the box, and that will be the last play of the first half.
    • 45' There will be two added minutes at the end of the first half, as Carroll rises high to head wide of the far post from McCartney's cross!
    • 44' Wigan are all over the visitors now, and Ramis shoots wide after being goaded into the effort by the home fans!
    • 43' Every minute there's an attack from Wigan with Kone at the forefront, and this time he drives a shot wide of the near post - he's having far too much space!
    • 42' Again, Kone streaks clear, but he lacks conviction and confidence as Collins is able to recover and make a last-ditch challenge to clear!
    • 41' Big chance for Wigan! Di Santo scampers down the left once more as Wigan continue to have the better of the play, but instead of picking out Kone at the back post, he drives a shot straight at Jaaskelainen!
    • 39' Kone skips inside and threatens to shoot, before instead passing to Di Santo whose tame shot is comfortably gathered by Jaaskelainen.
    • 38' Benayoun is providing a constant outlet for the visitors outwide, and every counter attack comes through the midfielder.
    • 37' Noble whips over a free kick from deep, which Collins stabs on target from the six-yard box, but Al Habsi gathers comfortably.
    • 36' McCarthy and McArthur are playing superbly for Wigan in midfield, and the pair look very comfortable alongside each other.
    • 35' Al Habsi again does superbly as he confidently and decisively claims a high ball in the Wigan box from McCartney's cross.
    • 34' Allardyce is not remotely happy as he looks sullenly out at the action from the dugout.
    • 33' McArthur backheels the ball to Beausejour as Wigan toy with the visitors on the edge of their box.
    • 32' What a save from Al Habsi! Jarvis whips over a devilish cross from the left which evades everyone in the box and appears destined for the far corner of the net, only for Al Habsi to tip the ball round the post!
    • 31' Noble and Nolan battle away in midfield for their side, and the visitors are really fighting.
    • 29' It's a very scrappy passage of play as both sides struggle to get the ball down and get a hold of the possession.
    • 28' The Wigan fans are yelling "hoof" with every Jaaskelainen punt upfield, and it's very direct stuff from West Ham.
    • 27' Tomkins and Carroll have a mix up in the Wigan box as the ball drops, and neither is able to take it down.
    • 26' Kone is crowded out once more as he takes the ball down the right flank, and Wigan are sitting pretty deep all of a sudden.
    • 25' Ramis could be finding himself in trouble soon if he's not careful after he bundles over Noble - he's already on a booking.
    • 24' Carroll brings the ball down very well and finds Nolan, but he's not had a sniff of goal as yet.
    • 23' West Ham are coming back into this with some good possession, but Wigan continue to look pretty comfortable at the back.
    • 21' Chance! Maloney feeds McCarthy, who drives a fierce shot on target from the edge of the box, and Jaaskelainen manages to parry the ball wide at full stretch!
    • 20' West Ham have contested more aerial duels than any other team in the Premier League (358) while Wigan have contested the fewest (175).
    • 19' Noble and Benayoun combine in midfield as the pair continue to link up the play, but Wigan regroup through McArthur.
    • 18' Ramis checks the run of Diame, standing his ground, and the West Ham man goes down to win a free kick. He sees the yellow card.
    • 17' Di Santo continues to link up the play very effectively, and he's thriving as West Ham give him too much space.
    • 16' Beausejour races forward and drives a wild shot wide of the far post, and Wigan are really playing well.
    • 15' McCartney commits a very cynical foul on Kone as the Wigan forward was just breaking clear, and he's lucky to get away without a booking.
    • 13' Diame wins a corner at the other end as West Ham break, and suddenly the visitors can throw bodies into the box.
    • 12' Maloney makes a pacy break down the right, and he is pinning McCartney back with his pace and direct approach.
    • 10' Wigan have won none of their last six Premier League games (W0 D2 L4).
    • 9' Ramis picks out Boyce down the right for Wigan, and the hosts are suddenly brimming with confidence and playing West Ham off the park.
    • 8' GOAL! What a strike this is! Ramis meets a looping corner from the left with a crisp, powerful volley from just inside the penalty area, and it's a quite glorious strike! What technique to be able to pick out the top corner on the volley, and Wigan are in front!
    • 7' It's all Wigan at the moment, and the hosts are suddenly settling into their stride and getting the ball down, winning a corner out on the left.
    • 6' STAT: West Ham have made the joint-fewest attempts from outside the box (18, excluding blocked shots) and the team they match, Reading, have played a game fewer.
    • 5' Kone and Di Santo look bright early on as the pair make runs in behind the Hammers back four, but the deliveries in to the pair are poor.
    • 4' Carroll does indeed take the set piece, but he cannot clear the wall with his delivery as he looks to pick out the near corner.
    • 3' West Ham win a free kick 25 yards out as McCarthy fouls Noble, and Carroll stands over the ball as he shapes up to take it.
    • 2' Nolan gives the ball away very sloppily, and the Latics enjoy a fine spell of possession in their visitors' half.
    • 1' West Ham kick off and it's a nervy start from the hosts as Allardyce's side attack relentlessly from the outset.
    • 14:55 Okay, we're all set at the DW Stadium - the managers greet each other warmly on the touchline, and the players are out on the field. We'll be under way very shortly. The referee is Mr Jon Moss.
    • 14:50 Much has been said about this match being a clash of styles: the fluid, passing game of Martinez's, compared to the more direct, uncompromising play advocated by Allardyce. This should be an intriguing battle.
    • 14:45 What price a goal from Andy Carroll today? 44 per cent of West Ham's attempts at goal have come from set pieces, the highest proportion in the top flight.
    • 14:40 Wigan's last win was a thrashing of West Ham in the Capital One Cup last month. The last league meeting between these sides saw Wigan overturn a two-goal deficit to win 3-2 and relegate the Hammers at the DW Stadium.
    • 14:35 A key factor will be how Wigan's defence fare this afternoon, given that the home side have conceded two goals in each of their last five Premier League games at the DW Stadium.
    • 14:30 STAT: The Hammers have lost just one of their last six Premier League games; the Latics have won none of them.
    • 14:25 So there are no changes for either team here despite Wigan losing at Swansea last week; Sam Allardyce picks the side that beat Southampton. What do you make of the teams - have the two bosses picked the right XIs?
    • 14:20 THE TEAMS ARE IN - Wigan: Al Habsi; Ramis, Caldwell, Figueroa; Boyce, McArthur, McCarthy, Beausejour; Kone, Di Santo, Maloney. Subs: Pollitt, Jones, Watson, Gomez, McManaman, Boselli, Stam /// West Ham: Jaaskelainen, Tomkins, Reid, Collins, McCartney; Noble, Diame; Benayoun, Nolan, Jarvis; Carroll. Subs: Spiegel, Cole, Maiga, O'Brien, O'Neil, Chambers, Hall
    • 14:15 Match odds: Wigan 5/4, West Ham 11/5, Draw 12/5 - who are you backing for this match? Do you fancy West Ham to continue their strong start to the season, or can you see Wigan recording their second league win? Get in touch with me on Twitter @Dan_Eurosport
    • 14:10 Sam Allardyce said this week: "We never saw it as relegation battle from the start. We were simply focused on finishing as high up the table as we could. The players all know what we have to do to go where we want to go and that is mid-table, so hopefully it happens at the first time of asking. Of course survival is the ultimate but, if we can do better than that in year one, I will be delighted."
    • 14:05 West Ham have enjoyed a strong start to the season, with four wins from their opening eight matches, losing just two. Roberto Martinez's side, meanwhile, are down in 16th with just five points on the board and a solitary win. Premier League table
