    • 90' Celtic are mounting a rearguard effort here as Rangers hurl everything forward. Robson goes down in the centre circle. Only two minutes stoppage-time being played!
    • 89' Papac swings in the corner but McManus heads clear. Tense stuff at the end of this derby!

    • 48' Ferguson and Samaras are squaring up to each other. Ferguson fouled Samaras, who reacted by motioning to throw the ball in his face. Nothing actually happened though and play goes on.
    • 47' Rangers counter, Boyd is through, he's one-on-one but Boruc smothers the finish and it drops to Boyd again but too quickly and spins off him for a goal-kick! Should have been 1-0!

    • 46' CELTIC SUB: Hinkel took a knock in the first half after a clash with Barry Ferguson and he can't continue. Mark Wilson is on in his place, like for like.
    • 45' Half-time at Ibrox, goalless between Rangers and Celtic.
    • 42' Lots of hustle and bustle in this match but pretty low on quality. Another bit of head-tennis comes to nothing.
    • 40' Long ball over the top releases Boyd but he's offside, just a yard beyond McManus.
    • 38' The free kick is launches into the box and Boruc drops it but claims the loose ball and is fouled by Boyd, free kick.
    • 37' Naylor is booked for scything down Davis.
    • 35' Mendes and Brown are having a moan at each other over nothing as far as I can make out so Craig Thomson pulls them together and tells them to get over it.
    • 34' Naylor on the left slips it down the line to Mizuno, who can't control it and Rangers have a throw. The game is getting scrappy after the opening rush.
    • 33' Rangers can't get a ball in from the left despite two or three attempts and eventually Hinkel, Brown and Naylor bring it clear. It's back on the right again but Mendes is back defending to intercept and start another Rangers counter.
    • 32' Steven Davis races away from halfway as Rangers break, he clips it wide but it's intercepted in part and Rangers get a throw on the left.
    • 30' Boyd flicks the ball on to Miller, great play by Boyd and Miller races clear but snatches at the shot far too early and it flies well over.
    • 29' The free-kick is wasted though far too long from Mizuno as Samaras looks on disappointed.
    • 28' Awful challenge by Adam on Robson, who gets straight up to remonstrate with his opposite number. Yellow card for Adam.
    • 24' A ball over the top almost sets Boyd free but McManus and Caldwell scramble back to clear.
    • 21' McDonald on the right, he slips it in to Samaras who has space on the edge of the box, cuts in and out and drills it well wide with McDonald howling for space inside.
    • 20' Late from Robson on Boyd but the ref just talks to him.
    • 19' Mendes picks up the ball, moves forward and angles a superb diagonal pass with the outside of his boot that frees Miller but his first touch takes him wide and Caldwell gets across to put him off sufficiently that his shot is well off target.
    • 17' It's all a bit messy as Celtic make hard work of clearing that corner but eventually Brown puts his boot through it and Rangers have a throw on the left.
    • 16' Hartley gives the ball away, Ferguson goes wide to Adam who crosses but behind for a corner. Hinkel got a forearm in the face when he tried to challenge Ferguson in that passage of play, but he's okay.
    • 15' Good counter by Mendes and Ferguson is snuffed out by Caldwell sliding in, throw to Rangers on the left.
    • 14' Davis - who at times looks like a ringer in this league - delights the crowd with a pirouette to escape the attentions of Hartley but his team-mates aren't on the same wavelength and the ball goes backwards before forwards again. Celtic break and Mizuno swings over a good cross from the right, but Papac gets a head on it and Rangers clear.
    • 13' Brown surges forward for Celtic but over-runs the ball and, in an attempt to play it wide to Mizuno, it goes out for a throw.
    • 11' Corner to Rangers on the left, brilliant ball in and Boruc flaps at it and it's up in the air and that is clearly a foul as the ball is bundled into the net, Boyd I think it was clattered into Boruc as he tried to claim the loose ball.
    • 10' Rangers counter, Miller on the left, he has time and space to pick out BOYD IN THE BOX but McManus gets back to block! Boyd had his back to goal and in the time it took him to turn the Celtic defender managed to get his body between him and goal.
    • 8' Corner to Celtic on the right, Mizuno - who is basically a young Nakamura - will take this, it's cleared but Broadfoot fouls Robson and the Hoops get a free-kick.
