Diego Milito scored a hat-trick as Internazionale took great delight in beating Milan 4-2 in a fiery derby. More
90+4 And that's it! Inter win 4-2 and Milan have to be content with second, Juventus are Serie A champions!
90+3 Cambiasso just wide after a superb headed take and run clear!
90+2 Taken short as Inter waste time.
86' WHAT A GOAL BY MAICON! A glorious dipping shot from the right, about 30 yards out, into the top left! Amelia just watches it fly in!
84' INTER SUB: Sneijder (correct spelling) is replaced by the retiring Cordoba.
81' Ibra's cross appears to hit Cambiasso on the arm and - if it did - that was as much a pen as the last one!
79' I'm not sure that should have been a penalty. Anyway, it was a handball and Milito for the hat-trick... roof of the net!
78' PENALTY INTER! Handball by Nesta! He was very close to him when Pazzini made the header - his arms were up though. Harsh.
77' MILAN SUB: Muntari goes off, pointing to the Milan badge, and Cassano replaces him.
76' Muntari is down, off the ball, cramp maybe...
75' Yellow card for Nocerino I think, the ref brandished it quite eagerly but not entirely sure who made the challenge.
74' Bad news for Milan fans - Marco Borriello has scored a second for Juve. So Milan HAVE to score again. Well, I thought he scored but am told Canini scored a hilarious own-goal. Follow here!
70' Good save by Cesar after Abate cuts in from the right to power a rising drive, Samuel caught out by Nocerino's movement. Corner.
61' Corner Inter as Maicon heads Robinho's cross behind, Guarin is hurt though so he needs treating first.
60' Robinho runs at Nagatomo, he gets past him and fires it in but batted away by Cesar!
55' WHAT A MISS BY MUNTARI! The corner was pounded towards goal by Ibra and it cannoned off Muntari towards an empty goal but somehow bounced wide! He knew little of it but still.
53' Milito steps up, less delay this time... TOP LEFT! 2-2! Level again!
52' PENALTY INTER! The same place where Milan won their penalty, but it's clear-cut this time as Abate hauls back Milito!
50' INCREDIBLE EFFORT FROM SNEIJDER! Just kept out by a backtracking Amelia after the Dutchman saw him off his line, on the volley too!
46' GOAL MILAN! From kick-off Ibra scores!
46' The second half is underway!
- Remember, keep talking to me on Twitter if you like. No changes at the break but Milan have already made two. FOLLOW ON TWITTER!
45+5 A drop ball is kicked back to Cesar by Ibra and the whistle goes for half-time. All smiles between Cesar and Ibra, who touch fists and share a joke after their gamesmanship earlier.
45+3 Nocerino and Zanetti are booked for some nonsense in the middle of the park.
44' GOAL MILAN! He doesn't celebrate but has a chat to his old made Cesar after slipping it bottom left.
42' But hang on, the ref gives a penalty! What for? Handball when the Ibra shot was blocked? NO! He's booked Cesar! He says it was a foul - nowhere near, he knocked the ball away at 90 degrees!!
41' Great save by Cesar to deny Boateng after he raced in, and it falls to Ibra but he shoots wide!
37' MILAN SUB: Abbiati has actually come off it turns out, his knee strapped and Amelia on in his place.
36' A high ball drops for Ibra, he takes it on the chest and can finish but Cesar flies out to parry and he holds on!
34' After that passage of play Abbiati has hurt his knee and is in need of treatment.
33' SNEIJDER INTO THE SIDE NETTING! Inter failed to clear following that save, Cambiasso had another chance but it was hooked away by Nesta, Sneijder picking it up on the left swing but - Abbiati flying at him - he could only fire wide!
32' Sneijder swings it in AND CAMBIASSO WITH THE HEADER BUT CLAWED OFF THE LINE! Inter think it was in but it looked a superb save by Abbiati!
22' Abbiati claims the corner with ease. Bonera can't continue so De Sciglio, 19, comes on in his place.
19' 2-0 INTER! Poor keeping from Abbiati as he fails to hold a Schneijder free-kick from range, thrashed home by Lucio but no! The flag is up! Lucio was offside when the shot was taken!
15' Deary me. Terrible defending from Milan, not close to holding a line or stepping up in unison - Nesta horribly at fault - and a few minutes after Ibra missed a sitter, Inter are in front. Now Guarin has a chance from the edge of the box and he smashes it just wide!!
14' Free-kick Inter around 35 yards out, Schneijder to send it in... Brilliant ball to the far post, Milan all at sea and Samuel knocks it across goal for MILITO WITH AN EASY FINISH! GOAL INTER!
12' WHAT A MISS FROM IBRA! He pokes it over from five yards after a floated cross-pass from Robinho!
7' Mirko Vucinic has scored for Juventus - if they win at Cagliari, and Milan lose, the title is Juve's.
1' A couple of minutes behind schedule, the first half of this Milan derby is underway!

21′ Arsenal have not drawn 12 games this season! I meant when they were "invincible" back in the 2003-2004 season. They drew 12 games then. You said Juventus park the bus? They don't though 65 goals scored this season to Arsenals 73 goals in the 2003-2004 season. So if we are going on your basis that Juventus park the bus then Arsenal must have done the same in the 2003-2004 season because from what I see there records are almost identical. Goals scored, goals against, points etc. You need to give them more credit than what your giving them that is all I am saying. To go a whole season undefeated is some feat particulary in a competitive league such as the serie A. Of course they aren't unbeaten yet 1 game left.
Gareth , I'm glad you enjoy watching Serie A . I don't . Although I am NOT an Arsenal fan , I don't think the Gunners have intentionally drawn 12 games for the simple reason that they can't play defense . Watching Serie A would give you the impression that some teams play not to lose . I agree with you about Chelsea parking the bus against Barçelona . It is not only Chelsea but EVERY PL club, with the exception of Arsenal and EVERY club coached by Jose Mourinho does the same thing when they face Barçelona : they park the bus !!
LeRoy, serious bus parking, really? Serious bus parking is what happened when Chelsea played Barcelona. So they have drawn 15 games big deal. Arsenal drew 12 games back in there "invincible season". So does that mean they parked the bus? No, it doesn't what it means is they turned losses into draws. They found something when they were playing badly to draw the game.
When is Serie A going to enforce the OFFSIDE rule ? Every time , I watch highlights from that league , I'm shocked at the high number of goals scored from blatant offside positions . Don't take my word , just watch some Serie A highlights . BTW , Juventus won the league without losing a single game however , the new champions drew 15 of their matches : serious bus parking if you ask me !!
no italian in Inter starting lineup
Who says Italian football is boring? This is what you call a derby game not like that boring Manchester derby game the other night. Used to love it back in the 90s when it was by far the best league in the World. Infact take any league from any period of time and put it against Italian football from the 90s and it would be no match up. Zidane, Batitstuta, Nedved, Baresi, Gullit, Van Basten, Rui Costa, Veron, Ronaldo, Cannavaro, Maldini, Buffon, Thuram, Zola, Mancini etc etc. The list goes on and on. It would wipe the floor with any league, end of story.
inter to contend next season
It was a WAR between INTER vs AC MILAN,MILITO vs IBRAHIMOVIC,CHAMPIONS vs CHEATERS, and we all knows who win it all in case of defending and attacking,Just like I said before INTER will win this because of nothing more but US and I will always say FROZA INTER...............
What a game.Wonderful derby. Its been a horrible season for us but still managed a double over Milan.Suck it mobsters. Also i hope Stramala stays unless Guardiola arrives. But since thats unlikley i think Stramala deserves to stay.Forza Inter!
Juve should still be trying to get back to Serie A, let alone winning it. Relegation to the absolute lowest division in Italian regional football should have been their punishment. A disgrace!
to the match tracker definetly not a penalty to milan, the replay was a little unclear, but you can see that he pulls his hand behind his back. hits his shoulder. Just to make things clear for the ones on here who can't see the match.
Juve is champion .... Thank you Inter
Maicon FTW. That goal was ridiculous.
What an amazing goal by Maicon, well done to Juve for winning the Serie A.
Hard to deny a clear hand ball. Tough though as this result would give Juventus the Scudetto. Splitting hairs between the lesser of two evils here.
lets go inter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dethrone millan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nothing really surprises me anymore when it comes to decisions on the pitch going the way of Berlusconi's team. You want to always give the benefit of the doubt but he's been implicated so many times in football and in politics that you can't help but wonder when you realize that Inter should be up 3-1 at this point.
Justice at last
Stupid referee!
I can barely see through the smoke
