    • 38' Balotelli is fouled 25 yards out again. This time his free-kick is low, but Viviano is down quickly to save.

    • 37' Another chance for Fiorentina! Pasqual fires in a low cross from the left that just evades outstretched Jovetic at the near post.
    • 36' Jovetic has a go from distance and his low shot is saved brilliantly by Abbiati's feet.
    • 35' Ljajic leads the counter-attack for Fiorentina, but he's cynically hauled to the ground by Montolivo, who is booked.
    • 34' Montolivo swings a free-kick into the box that El Shaarawy attacks, but his header is batted away by Viviano. Great save!
    • 32' Montolivo wins a clean tackle, before Aquilani cynical catches his compatriot late. Needless behaviour by Aquilani.
    • 31' Fiorentina sub: Compper on, Savic off. The Manchester City man looks injured. At least, I hope that's what explains his abject performance.
    • 30' Pasqual bends the free-kick around the wall and a whisker wide of the post. Very close.
    • 29' Muntari catches Jovetic late and Fiorentina have a free-kick 30 yards from goal.
    • 28' Mexes is winning the battle against Jovetic here. The Montenegro striker just can't get a kick at the moment.
    • 26' Muntari tries his luck from 30 yards, but Viviano claims well.

    • 9' Pasqual and Boateng are having a real tussle every time the two come together - this time Pasqual fouls him.

    • 7' Boateng lashes a beautiful volley into the back of the net, but the flag is rightly up for offside after Balotelli just strayed behind the back line before nodding back to the former Portsmouth and Tottenham midfielder.
    • 6' Chance for Milan. Abate fires in a cross from the right that Flamini attacks, but Pizarro does well to head away.
    • 5' Flamini burts forward down the right, but Balotelli's through ball is cut out.

    • 3' Fiorentina have taken the game to Milan, who are struggling to keep the ball at the moment.
