    • 90+4' The final whistle goes and this thrilling match comes to a close. Once the dust has settled, however, fans of both sides may feel the result was not good enough, for vastly contrasting reasons.
    • 90+3' Stewart sends a cross in but it finds Zaluska rather than the 38-year-old Bullen.
    • 90+2' Marceta's corner is cleared and Celtic can break! Samaras charges through and finds McDonald, who bungles his cross. The ball comes back to SAMARAS ONE-ON-ONE WITH THE KEEPER... The flag is up!! Samaras looked onside there, but the flag goes up. Olejkin had blocked the shot anyway.
    • 90+1' Stewart wins a free-kick on the right wing for Falkirk, and Danny Fox gets a booking.
    • 90' Celtic have a corner, but Flakirk win a free-kick for a foul by Samaras.
    • 88' No chances being taken by Eddie May, so Stewart Murdoch replaces Flynn for the final few minutes.
    • 87' Flynn is down receiving treatment on his foot.
    • 86' Celtic are the ones throwing men forward in search of the winner right now. Fortune is offside, however.
    • 84' We're set up for a grand stand finish here - don't bet against someone getting a winner. Remember, this game was still 0-0 10 minutes into the second half!
    • 83' GOAL!! Flynn knocks a ball into the path of Mark stewart, and the substitute blasts it past Zaluska to equalise! What a game!
    • 81' Fortune shrugs Barr off the ball at the corner and heads for goal. He has the option to set McDonald up for his hat-trick and shoots for the near post, but Olejnik saves.
    • 79' GOAL!! Samaras curls a perfect ball across the face of goal and McDonald is well placed to tap in for his 14th goal in as many games against Falkirk! So cruel for the Bairns - on this showing you have to wonder why on earth they are bottom.
    • 79' Lima plays Barr into trouble and Olejnik is off his line quickly to clear!
    • 78' Final change for Falkirk as Mark Stewart replaces Alex McDonald.
    • 77' Samaras is booked for a stupid challenge on Allison. A needless foul.
    • 76' This is interesting... reserve team coach Lee Bullen is coming on after being named as a late emergency substitute after Carl Finnigan was injured in the warm-up. He'll replace Moutinho, who was a late starter in place of Finnigan.
    • 75' Celtic have a free-kick in a central area, some 30 yards from goal. Fox floats it forward for McManus to flick on. Samaras fires it across goal but nobody can turn it in.
    • 73' Lima capitalises on some dawdling in the Celtic midfield and bursts forward. His low strike is drilled towards the far corner, but Zaluska is down to save it two-handed.
    • 72' GOAL!! Celtic back on level terms!! Danny Fox digs out a cross and McDonald beats Olejnik with a brilliant header! That's his 13th goal in 14 matches against Falkirk!
    • 70' Falkirk have got Celtic pinned back in their half now.
    • 69' Zheng Zhi chests the high ball down and STRIKEs... Olejnik saves but McDONALD FOLLOWS UP... SAVED AGAIN BY OLEJNIK!! The flag was up against McDonald actually, but it was still a great double save from the Austrian keeper.
    • 68' Barr stops Fortune turning and heading for goal. He's been a peripheral figure this afternoon.
    • 67' Scott McDonald and Zheng Zhi are coming on, with Paddy McCourt and Barry Robson to men to be replaced.
    • 65' The Portuguese has marked his return to Falkirk with what could be a priceless goal for them. He gets a yellow card for whipping his shirt off in celebration.
    • 64' GOAL!! Pedro Moutinho puts Falkirk ahead!! Flynn goes past McGeady down the left and he cuts a cross back for Moutinho to guide a volley past Zaluska!
    • 63' Zaluska comes way out of his area to control a long ball, but he tidies up well enough.
    • 62' Great response by Falkirk. Nothing less than they deserve.
    • 61' GOAL!! Arfield scores to level for Falkirk! Zaluska got a hand to it low to his left, but Scott Arfield put too much power on it.
    • 61' PENALTY!! Flynn skips into the box and is tripped by Caldwell! Clear penalty! Arfield to take...
    • 60' Caldwell forced to hack into the stands with MacDonald breathing down his neck.
    • 59' Another set piece from Robson, but this time cleared by Moutinho.
    • 58' Another Celtic corner. Will that goal spur them on now?
    • 56' Celtic have been much improved since half-time, but the goal is still a bit harsh on Falkirk. The goal comes for Caldwell on his 100th SPL appearance for Celtic.
    • 55' GOAL!! Barry Robson curls the free-kick to the far post and Gary Caldwell heads back across goal and in to give Celtic the lead!
    • 55' Samaras controls the ball well with his chest and draws the fould from Allison. Celtic send several men up for the set piece...
    • 54' Fox's corner is flicked on by Fortune but goes for a goal kick. Caldwell ends up on the floor, but nobody appeals for a pen.
    • 53' Pressure from Celtic is rewarded with a corner.
    • 52' McManus is stomping around the field, screaming at his team-mates!
    • 51' Marceta tracks McGeady but can't stop the cross coming in. Barr's clearance only goes as far as McCourt, but the midfielder handled as he shaped to shoot.
    • 49' Samaras is coming deeper and deeper for the ball. He seems determined to win this match on hios own, but almost ends up losing the ball on the edge of his own area!
    • 48' Robson dispossesses Moutinho and takes his turn to drive forward. He finds Samaras but nobody is in the box to get on the end of the Greek's cross.
    • 47' Samaras bursts forward from deep but is shepherded into the corner by Barr who then clears.
    • 46' The second half is underway!
    • HT Tony Mowbray will bring on club captain Stephen McManus in place of Loovens for the second half in an attempt to gee his players up. They need it...
    • 45' The referee blows for half-time. Real drama right before the break, but Celtic would not have been deserved leaders had McGeady converted that penalty.
    • 44' SAVED by Olejnik! but the ball drops back to McGeady... blocked again by the keeper! McGeady's spot-kick was poor, and his follow-up was even worse!
    • 43' PENALTY!! Fox is brought down by MacDonald right on the edge of the area, and the referee points to the spot! Aiden McGeady steps up...
    • 42' Brian McLean tries to play the free-kick forward for Lima to chase, but it's wayward.
    • 41' Loovens clatters into Moutinho in the centre circle.
    • 40' Flynn and Mitchell link up well on the left and Mitchell can STRIKE... the shot fizzes past the far upright! Falkirk are getting closer.
    • 39' Celtic win a corner. Fox's delivery is not dealt with by Olejnik, but the follow-up strike is blocked by a wall of Falkirk players.
    • 38' Marceta dribbles forward and squares the ball inside for Arfield... decent strike from way out, but it was always rising.
    • 37' MacDonald and Flynn don't quite read each others minds and the attack fizzles out, but Celtic continue to look below par.
    • 36' The Corner on the right earns another on the left-hand side. This time Falkirk repel the attack and try to go on the counter.
    • 35' Aiden McGeady skips across the field and his deflected shot forces Olejkin to tip over the bar!
    • 33' Long diagonal ball is chested down by Moutinho. The striker cuts a pass back for ARFIELD... Sidefooted well wide of the target!
    • 31' Hinkel plays a ball forward nowhere near a team-mate, which sums up Celtic's performance so far. Falkirk need to make this dominance count.
    • 30' McGeady and Arfield both take turns in trying to drive forward, and both are robbed of the ball after decent progress.
    • 29' Fortune chases a ball forward but can't keep it in play.
    • 28' Falkirk have another corner. MacDonald delivers for McLean to head over the bar. Falkirk very much the better side so far.
    • 27' More great build-up play from the Bairns and the ball is flashed wide by Moutinho from the edge of the box!
    • 25' Barry Robson swings a free-kick into the box and Olejnik and Loovens clatter into each other. Both men are ok, and it will be a goal kick.
    • 24' Ryan Flynn slips a ball through the Celtic defenders and Lima is onside... the Portuguese hesistates and Zaluska is off his line to smother the shot. A wasted opportunity after some nice football.
    • 23' Samaras plays Fortune in but the French striker is offside.
    • 22' Fox sends in a better corner this time but McLean marks Fortune well and lets the ball run out of play.
    • 21' Fortune jinks his way into the box and Mitchell slides in to concede a corner.
    • 20' Danny Fox bends the free-kick towards the far post, but it's over everybody and out for a goal kick.
    • 19' Arfield gets the game's first booking after sliding in and upending McGeady on the wing.
    • 17' Flynn's ball chipped over the top is headed away by Hinkel, but the ball finds its way back to Fylnn who shoots... he tried a sidefooted curler from the edge of the box but got it all wrong.
    • 16' Promising spell for Falkirk, but they'll have to convert set piece chances like that when they get them.
    • 15' Alex McDonald to strike... curled over the wall and over the bar.
    • 14' Another Falkirk free-kick, this time left of centre...
    • 13' Lima has a volley from the edge of the area blocked, but the Portuguese wins a free-kick off McCourt in a promising position... Mitchell strikes into the wall.
    • 12' Celtic keep working down that left side and this time McGeady beats Mitchell for pace, but his low cross is gathered by Olejnik.
    • 11' Mitchell cuts ut Hinkel's ball down the channel before McGeady can latch on to it.
    • 10' Celtic put the pressure on and soon win back possession from aMitchell throw deep in the Falkirk half.
    • 8' The Bairns win their first corner... Darren Barr steals in at the near post but can't quite get the leap to get a telling glance on the cross.
    • 7' Celtic win the game's first corner, but Fox's delivery is curled in for Olejnik to catch.
    • 6' Zaluska plays out an awful pass from goal that in intercepted, but Falkrik can't find the finish! An almost a gift from the Polish keeper.
    • 5' Arfield brings down McCourt as the Bhoys midfielder charges through midfield. The Irishman takes the free-kick himself, but it's an easy catch.
    • 4' Bright start from Celtic, who have taken straight to bossing the game.
    • 3' Danny Fox launches a long ball upfield to no one in particular.
    • 2' Fortune wins a free-kick down by the Falkirk corner flag. Paddy McCourt drills it towards the near post but Olejnik punches it clear.
    • 1' So, with no Jackie McNamara, Marc Twaddle or Kjartan Finnbogason, can this Bairns side with an average age of just 21 pull off a most unlikely result and begin their long haul back up the table?
    • 1' Falkirk get us underway!
    • 12:44 The players are out on the pitch. We're about to kick off, but not before a minute's silence to mark Rememberance Sunday...
    • 12:41 By contrast, table-topping Celtic have netted 20 times thus far, their only defeat coming in the first Old Firm game of the season at Ibrox.
    • 12:40 The Bairns are without a win in 10 games so far this season, scoring five goals and shipping 16 in the league.
    • 12:34 Here are the teams. The man in the middle is Brian Winter.
    • 12:33 Falkirk: Olejnik, Mitchell, Barr, McLean, Allison, Lima, Arfield, Marceta, Flynn, MacDonald, Finnigan. Subs: Wagenaar, Moutinho, Stewart, Moffat, Bullon, Stallard, Murdoch

  1. Its not just the spl that becoming poor the epl is just the same only diff is that sky bigs them all up. who can blame rangers an celtic for wanting to join the epl but they only want to join for one reason an thats money an the only reason sky wants it because of the pulling power. look at it the new spl tv deal sky has the rights to all the old firm games i wonder why! also when setanta was on sky again, had all the top four games think about it we all like watching the big games on sky but how many folk appart from the die hard fans would go to the pub to watch hull against sunderland not exactly glamours is it. its the same with all the leagues across the globe even the champions league isnt as glamours for the big clubs at the group stage

it was Irelands right to fight the british invaders, same as it's the Afghans and Iraqis right to do the same, anyway they can, when are we going to realise this, or are we just going to be murdering raping scum for the rest of our lives? personally i'm ashamed and never admit to being british, i never wear a poppy and never will, i would rather give money to the poor Irish who suffered 800 years of suppression, or to the Afghans and the Iraqis who are suffering now, the Taliban had jailed the drug lords and had the opium output down to 140 tons, britain and america moved in and freed the drug dealers to form a goverment, the output is now over 800 tons, considering the highest before the Taliban took over was 400 tons this is quite a jump, wake up people, 90% of crime is drug related, britain and america need crime to justify it's lawyers, judges, police and army, the drugs are here to stay, unless the Taliban can win this.
