    • 90+2 Deep into stoppage time now but still no sign of a Portsmouth goal.
    • 90' Pamarot goes in the book for a bad tackle.
    • 89' It gets worse for Pompey - Armand Traore has pulled up with a hamstring and has gone to the dressing room.
    • 88' Wolfsburg kill a little time with a late change Simunek on for Dejagah.
    • 86' The ball won't fall to Crouch in the box and Wolfsburg can clear.
    • 84' Kanu has now been brought on as Pompey go for broke but his first action is to put a header over the bar.
    • 80' WOEFUL penalty from Misimovic and James gets down easily to save not over yet.
    • 79' PENALTY FOR WOLFSBURG - Dzeko turns Campbell in the box and the Portsmouth player brings him down.

You would expect James to just boot it clear but he inexplicably side foots it straight to the Wolfsburg man who rounds him before tapping home. AWFUL mistake.
    • 72' Pompey back off Hasebe and the sub has lots of time to shoot - he really takes a life time though and Traore is able to get the ball thanks to a fine slide tackle.
    • 70' Half the battle in these types of games is to silence the crowd. Pompey have done that now and Wolfsburg no longer look like scoring. The problem is neither do Pompey. We have reached a stalemate.
    • 66' Bold move from Tony Adams - he has brough on Peter Crouch for Arnold Mvuemba as he chases the win.
    • 64' Another Wolfsburg attack ends as Hasebe can't control a back-heel from Dejagah.
    • 60' 15 minutes into the second-half and we have not even had a sniff of a chance other than Kranjcar's free-kick. In the first-half we had three goals at this stage! There is a well-known cliche for these type of games but I promise not to use it.

    • 23' WE ARE LEVEL AGAIN!! A low cross from Gentner is curled into the box - Dzeko stuck of foot out but it looked like he didn't even get a touch. Once again though Pompey's defence let a cross get in behind them. VERY poor defending. VERY unlike Campbell and Distin.
    • 22' Great sliding tackle by Belhadji ends a Wolfsburg attack.
    • 21' Dzeko with a low cross across the face of the Pompey goal but there is no green shirt there to do anything about it.
    • 20' Just wide from Defoe - he was found around the penalty spot and turned before producing a low shot that crept just wide. Very open and entertaining game this.
    • 18' Pompey let the skillful looking Misimovic dribble all the way the way into the box before Johnson finally blocks his cross.

    • 14' POMPEY HAVE THE LEAD!!! - Great spell of passing football from Portsmouth and Arnol Mvuemba then tries his luck from 30 yards out - good hit - but it took a deflection off Barzagil which helped see it fly into the corner of the net.

Benagilo dived out and pushed the ball away but only into the patch of the England striker who kept his balance to place into the empty net.
    • 9' Johnson back on but Pompey need to wake up - they are giving the ball away very cheaply.
    • 8' Sean Davis lucky not to get a yellow card after a bad foul in midfield. That all came after Pompey had given the ball away cheaply.
    • 6' Glen Johnson now off the field after picking up a knock - Pompey will be hoping he returns soon.
    • 3' BUT NOW DZEKO SCORES!! - Simply goal really - Gentner was surrounded by Pompey shirts on the edge of the area but was still able to whip in a cross - Sol Campbell seemed to be asleep and that allowed Dzeko to ghost in behind him and side foot home the cross from close range. A centre-half like Tony Adams will be fuming with that one.
    • 2' Wolfsburg have tried to play a few long balls up to their loan striker Edin Dzeko already but nothing has stuck.

    • - Wolfsburg are unbeaten at home this season but in some good news for Pompey the Germans are at least without their main striker Grafite who has a head injury.
