    • 90+3' Full time! Two home draws in their first two qualifiers. Scotland showed some glimmers of quality in this match but the result adds to the deflated feeling amongst the Scottish. Where do you think Scotland go from here? Let me know on Twitter - @liamhappe
    • 90+2' Noveski is forced to put the ball behind again. Late Scotland corner but it's punched clear by Bogatinov.
    • 90+1' Pandev runs at the back line but an excellent challenge from Berra to deny him.
    • 90' We're going to have three minutes more here. Can Scotland snatch a winner?
    • 89' Ibraimi makes way for Darko Tasevski in the final change of the match.
    • 88' Hasani squares to Pandev! McGregor saves again!
    • 86' Georgievski concedes a corner but claims a shove by Dixon to force it... and he was right. Free-kick.
    • 85' England have finally levelled, Lampard from the spot after a handball. Northern Ireland finished at 1-1 with Luxembourg.
    • 84' Ivanovski is in space in the box at an angle but pulls back and cannot find a pass to make. Needed more support there.
    • 82' Another Scotland corner and a gift of one at that but Naismith's header from the flag kick is saved.
    • 81' The free-kick leads to a corner and Bodatinov is ruled to have been fouled as he punches it away.
    • 80' Hutton bursts through on the right and is pulled back by Hasini, who probably would have been booked if he wasn't already.
    • 79' Forrest is brought down by Sumulikoski in a cynical challenge to prevent the midfielder taking advantage of space in the middle. That gets him an easy booking.
    • 78' Steven Naismith replaces Mackie. That's their final sub.
    • 77' Good early ball from Forrest on the right and Rhodes goes for the far-post diving header again... but he is unable to time this one as well.
    • 76' McGregor makes a decent catch from Popov's header at a corner.
    • 75' Good open back-and-forth game this after a dour opening 25 minutes.
    • 73' Across the Isles, Serbia have thumped Wales 6-1 in this group (A). England are trailing Ukraine 1-0 with 15 minutes left and Northern Ireland have been pegged back to 1-1 late on at home to Luxembourg. Not a good night to be British. But then, we've had plenty of good'uns lately...
    • 72' Pandev puts Ivanovski clean through! Ibraimi is there for a tap-in but whether Ivanovski was going for a goal or the square pass, McGregor gets a leg to it! Fantastic save!
    • 71' Berra and Adam play some neat short passes to get Scotland out of danger.
    • 70' Macedonia make their second change. Gligorov is replaced by Velice Sumulikoski, making his 81st international appearance.
    • 68' Clever faked delivery before going short to Adam. Driven cross meets the diving header of Rhodes! Wide! What a chance...
    • 67' Adam wins a free-kick off Ivanovski on the right as the hosts are upping the tempo a little.
    • 66' Morrison makes way for the free-scoring Rhodes. Can he fire Scotland in front?
    • 65' Scotland win an attacking throw after some decent build and here we go...
    • 64' HUGE cheers greet the sight of Jordan Rhodes pulling on his kit. His arrival is imminent.
    • 63' Morrison ends a Scotland breakaway with a poorly-judged simple pass straight to a red shirt.
    • 62' Ivanovski mis-controls a raking pass upfield and lets it run out for a goal kick to ironic cheers from the fans.
    • 61' Ibraimi's effort at goal from such a distance cannons off the wall.
    • 60' Seems like a great challenge from Adam to prevent a surge forward but he follows through and that draws the ire of the referee. Free-kick 35 yards out and a yellow for the sub.
    • 59' Pandev skies one from outside the box. Nowhere near.
    • 58' It's Miller who makes way for Adam, and that is the opposite of what the fans wanted. Not two up top but now pretty much no-one natural.
    • 57' McGregor gets a hand to the eventual cross and it falls to Hasani! Spectacular curling effort comes off the post!
    • 56' Georgievski! Great overlapping run puts him through and his shot is blocked by McGregor!
    • 55' Caldwell heads it away. Charlie Adam will shortly come on for Scotland by the looks of things.
    • 54' The away side break and have a free-kick of their own on the right. Similar set-up with a packed box and Ibraimi ready to cross this.
    • 53' Finally Scotland whip the free-kick in from the left but Macedonia deal with it.
    • 52' And to add to the insanity, Pandev chimes in and gets himself a yellow, too.
    • 51' Gligorov tries to be fancy playing the ball out of his own danger zone and comically handballs after flicking the ball up over his head. His protests get him a yellow, too. What a poor minute of decision making from the player.
    • 50' If Scotland remain level after 90 minutes, it'll be only their fifth draw in 24 matches.
    • 49' Thunderous charge down the middle by Forrest but he's dispossessed by the second man he tries to beat.
    • 48' Dixon lets rip with a low 25-yarder. Fierce but straight to Bogatinov. Not a terrible effort though and another shot on target.
    • 47' Bright start to the half from the hosts, but Mackie and Hutton both see promising journeys down the flanks cut out.
    • 46' Macedonia kick off the second half.
    • 45+3' Bit of carelessness allows Pandev to try and turn on the ball just inside the area but Scotland get it away and there's the half-time whistle. There's a lot to be done still but Scotland are back in this. Can they get three points? Let me know at @liamhappe on Twitter.
    • 45+2' Mackie looks to deliver just that but after dribbling well on the left, his cross attempt is deflected by Popov into the waiting arms of Bogatinov who just about prevents a corner.
    • 45+1' Scotland's tails are up and the fans are urging them to look for a second sooner rather than later.
    • 45' Three minutes of added time at the end of the half.
    • 44' Scotland finally have their first WCQ goal of the road to 2014. Can they turn this around and take all three points?
    • 43' GOAL! Miller pulls Scotland level! Defensive complacency allows a central through pass from Webster to slip through to Mackie, who squares for the easy tap-in for the skipper. 1-1!
    • 42' Morrison emerges unscathes from a sea of defenders on the right-hand side of the box and his floated cross just misses Miller and Mackie running in.
    • 41' The subsequent free-kick delivery causes a little frantic head-tennis but is eventually cleared.
    • 40' He's not booked, but Hasani is just moments into his arrival for a very late challenge out on the right.
    • 39' Caldwell clatters Demiri in the centre circle.
    • 38' Scotland have had 63% of possession thus far.
    • 37' Ferhan Hasani comes on in Trickovski's place.
    • 36' Macedonia will be forced into an early change here. Trickovski, one of their key players in midfield, is being loaded onto a stretcher after he pulled up holding his leg.
    • 35' Now a flag against Ivanovski even though he was onside and the uninvolved Ibraimi was not.
    • 34' The move is eventually killed off by the offside flag.
    • 33' Maloney will take this himself. Fixing up for a stab at goal... that's what he does and it's powerful enough but straight at Bogatinov in goal who pushes it away.
    • 32' Nothing comes of it directly but they soon win a free-kick when Maloney is upended by Demiri just outside the box, to the right of centre.
    • 31' Scotland launch a break of their own and win their first corner.
    • 30' It's a great passage of play from the away side and ends with Pandev being put through! McGregor out to block!
    • 29' Pressure continues from Scotland but here come Macedonia on the break...
    • 27' Hutton tries again down the right but is cut out by two defenders.
    • 26' Hutton with a cross from the right now and again Macedonia are at full stretch to keep the danger out. It feels as if an opening is there if Scotland keep knocking.
    • 25' Treatment over, both are fine to continue.
    • 24' Webster calmly heads a ball back to McGregor despite pressure from Ivanovski, who collides with the keeper afterward. Both are struggling with their legs after that one.
    • 22' Replays show Ibraimi getting a receipt in on Dixon for earlier with a shocking challenge right into the full-back's leg. It gets him rightly booked. An eye for an eye is not a thing in football.
    • 21' Better from Scotland! Mackie with a cracking through pass out to Forrest on the right-hand side and his low cross is desperately blocked on the ground by a defender.
    • 20' Dixon fells Ibraimi on the right but escapes a booking this time.
    • 19' It leads to another chance for Ibraimi but again it's nowhere near the goal.
    • 18' Macedonia begin to play short passes to further frustrate the home side and leave them chasing shadows.
    • 17' Ibraimi's speculative effort appears to get a deflection before going wide but a goal kick is awarded.
    • 15' Mackie embarks on a decent run down the left before cutting the ball inside, but Miller is eventually outnumbered when he receives it inside the area.
    • 14' A distinct air of frustration already from the home fans as Scotland give away possession again.
    • 13' Lovely pass from Pandev almost puts an onside Ivanovski through on goal, but the Astra Ploiesti man is unable to control the ball.
    • 12' Not a good start at all. Between the draw with Serbia, team selections and now this, how are you feeling at the moment Scotland fans? Let me know on Twitter: @liamhappe
    • 11' GOAL! Macedonia take the lead! Noveski slides in to convert a cross from the left after a short corner routine. 0-1!
    • 10' Right-back Georgievski does well to reach the right-hand by-line but his cross should have been better. Nonetheless, Scotland take no chances and concede another corner.
    • 8' Lovely lay-off by Miller to set up a potential 20-yarder from Webster after Morrison brings the ball into the Macedonia half, but Noveski slides in perfectly to prevent that.
    • 7' Scotland struggle to get the flag kick away and Macedonia look to keep the pressure on but soon give away a cheap free-kick.
    • 6' Ibraimi's cross from the right is put behind by Berra for the first corner of the match.
    • 5' Here come Scotland again but Miller with his back to goal tees up Caldwell on his weaker foot and the shot is well off-target.
    • 4' Pandev is bundled over in the middle of the park.
    • 3' Making Scotland's bore draw against Serbia look a little less disappointing is the fact they are already 2-0 up against Wales. That game kicked off at 19:45.
    • 2' Great evasive run from Dixon down the left but his low centre is cut back a little too deep and Macedonia claim possession.
    • 1' The hosts get the first half underway and here we go!
    • 20:00 Just before we kick off, an overview of the substitutes available to each side - Scotland: Marshall, Samson, Hanley, Foster, Adam, Cowie, Dorrans, Phillips, Snodgrass, Naismith, Rhodes, McCormack. /// Macedonia: Pacovski, Naumovski, Grncarov, Lazevski, Mojsov, Sumulikoski, Tasevski, Georgiev, Ristic, Hasani.
    • 19:55 Here come the teams and it's almost anthems time.
    • 19:50 The players are congregating in the tunnel. We are moments away now.
    • 19:45 15 minutes remain until kick-off. I want your views! Get them low down on our page via the comments below or hit me up on Twitter if you want them published right here!
    • 19:40 So McGregor is fit to start after looking to be 50/50 at one point. Jordan Rhodes, Blackburn's £8million recruit from Huddersfield, has to once again make do with the bench.
    • 19:35 TEAMS - Scotland: McGregor; Hutton, Berra, Webster, Dixon; Caldwell, Morrison; Forrest, Maloney, Mackie; Miller. /// Macedonia: Bogatinov; Georgievski, Shikov, Noveski, Popov; Ibraimi, Demiri, Gligorov, Trichkovski; Pandev, Ivanovski
    • 19:30 Another goalkeeper was called up to the squad yesterday in the form of Craig Samson with injury doubts plaguing Allan McGregor and Matt Gilks. More
    • 19:25 Craig Levein's selection policy impressed very few people, and Eurosport's resident Scottish expert Desmond Kane was not one of them: Kane blog
    • 19:20 Scotland got off to a stumbling start with a draw at Hampden this past weekend. Report: Scotland 0-0 Serbia
    • 19:15 Match odds: Scotland 4/5, Macedonia 15/4, Draw 12/5.
    • 19:10 Cedomir Janevski: “Scotland’s new set-up makes them dangerous. For example, the full-backs are positive and try to get forward. Against Australia, there were dangerous crosses coming into the box from either side of the pitch and Scotland scored two of their three goals that night from those situations. The wide players in the midfield helped this, though. Snodgrass came inside from the right to make different types of crosses with his left foot and Naismith did the same on the right."
    • 19:05 Craig Levein: "I can understand the frustration and no one is more frustrated than me. If we win tomorrow night, and results go our way, we could be top of the group. I have been doing this for a long time. Jordan Rhodes is a really good player, but he is untried and untested at international level. I thought Kenny Miller played excellently (in the 0-0 draw with Serbia). He worked his socks off for the team, got us up the pitch and had a couple of opportunities himself. "

  1. I need to ask Andrew Brown just one thing -"What has it got to do with Dundee United? - There have been 11 dumplings (rather than Prima Donnas) on the park - therein lies the problem!

From WmG, on Wed 12 Sep 16:28
  2. Levein is doing the same as he did with Dundee United, especially if he was facing Celtic or Rangers, most of his teams then were put out with a negative effect, it's maybe ok with a team he has control of all season but with International players who are only with him for a week it is'nt good enough. Go back to club management and get rid of all Dundee United influence and get a Manager who understands internationalists.

From ANDREW BROWN, on Wed 12 Sep 11:30
  3. And ithought it could nae get any worse[short of a defeat] OK big Craig,we have given you the benifit of the doubt. No more doubts, yir krap,on yir way pal,yir killing us.

From st mirren, on Wed 12 Sep 9:16
  4. Here we go again ... total #$%$ as usual! How long are we going to keep that useless manager, and I use that term very loosely! Levien was a #$%$ league manager and he hasn't learned anything since, He proved his knowledge of the game when he made a statement to the Scottish press stating that Scotland were good enough to win EVERY one of our qualifying games F.F.S.! He's an embarrassment to Scottish football, and I again use that term loosely as well! :-( The Scottish support has had enough of this kind of nonsense and it's now time we all stood up to be counted! :-(

  5. What planet are you on Proud Blue. You sad deluded sole, too be both a Rangers supporter and a Loyalist. Ifeel sorry for you. Scotland Supporter and Republican

  6. say good bye to Scotland & the rest of Brithish teams we just don't have te stander of skill required to compete at world level , we need to give more backing to ground route level football like they do in Holland B Park

From VIVIEN, on Tue 11 Sep 22:11
  7. I knew this was going to happen when he got the job, thats why me and 3 of my mates did'nt renew our memebership. He has done nothing as a player and manager but still got the job over better candidates than him. He is too arrogant and has no personality. Get Gordon Strachen or Garry McAllister in A.S.A.P.

From DOUGIE, on Tue 11 Sep 22:11
  8. Craig Levein for the sack, he never played with 3 strikers because that would require some bottle, of which he has none, he played with one up front like he always does unless he plays with no-one up front, I don't mind playing with one up in an away game but at home when you need to win your games playing with less than two up front is a totally unacceptable, and to not play players who obviously have the ability to score or play for no other reason than petulance towards the fans is just pathetic. Craig Levein, you have no bottle, you have no guts, you have no balls and you have no clue.

From David, on Tue 11 Sep 22:10
  9. Proudblue feck off. Stop gurning about your "team". This is international football. I can't imagine your face if we ever gain independance but I would love to se it.

From Gareth, on Tue 11 Sep 22:09
  10. I can't recall such a bad tactical as Craig Levein. We are now back to the days of Bertie Voughts. Playing a sole striker at home. But to make matters worse. He plays poor old Kenny Miller. I know he Mayan be a rising star in Canada, but this is the real world Craig. Wake up and smell the coffee Craig, its time to go. Stop being so pig headed and do the hounerable act and leave. Sorry Craig, but your out of your depth. We finally have some players who have some talent, but no manager to manage them. He has to go NOW....
