90+3' Yahia is sent off. He has clearly lost his head.

46' We are underway for this second half.
36' Great play by Donovan. He drew M'Bohli and chipped it over him, but Altidore whacks over with the goal at his mercy. Awful miss.
35' Donovan plays in Dempsey, but fine stop by M'Bolhi from five yards out. Had to make that stop.

66′ Well done to USA, but their next game is Ghana, tough side, but i think USA can go as far the quarter final. England will have to play their out heart out against Germany, this is real test for England. I hoping Italy go OUT and Spain stay IN

all of your comments suks ,english or american all of you suck.

Sasa S, thats easy for you to say

Well done to USA ,from an English supporter and believe it or not, i do prefere to play Germany, Finishing 1st or 2nd was never important but now is where it really starts... Good luck and hope we can meet in the final...

nice job ageria your country should be proud you fought hard good defence and defence wins games with an offence you would be very dangerouss

Many congrats to the septics, you played hard and won hard. I must admit i didnt even think that you would progress to the last 16 let alone top the group, but you have proven me and no doubt many others wrong. Good work. Best of luck against whoever you get in the next round ( although as an England supporter im really hoping that you get germany (no offence lol), as they look like they are quite tasty this time round
but still best of british to you guys, you bloody deserved it, and certainly showed the three lions where there weaknesses where.
you never know we could get a re-match in the semis lol

Lets not forget it is only a game, a mere distraction to the complications of the real World. Whatever the outcome, whatever the sport, it is only intended to entertain those that play and those that watch.

keep up the good work USA, i,ve got you for my team in the works sweepstake - c'mon the money

go usa , despite bad refereeing ,perfectly good goals ruled out ,they are through , along with england, im looking forward to the knockout stages

Cheers Men a job well done, and God bless u. The price for a hard work is more hard work. United we stand

Adheeb... it is really refreshing to see someone give congratulations where it is due and cheer on the other guy at the same time!. What an adult concept! USA did deserve this win... They've out played their opponents in all the games played.... and amongst bad calls, they still come out winners... WELL deserved!

Actually Alanzsmith There are four more games if they are to win it, idiot.

England were shocking today, and I do not know why England fans are getting so excited. They were poor in the second half, they were just lucky that Slovenia were terrible. If Germany win tonight they will face England in the Last 16 and then it is over for England. They don't stand a chance against Germany. It is amazing how BBC were praising the team, typical English Analysis. They were brutal and will not get very far.

well played usa...deserved to go though after disallowed goal...but c'mon england!!

@John W - Yeah, the Americans cheated. That's ironic. How do you figure? Perhaps we cheat by plotting to have our own goals disallowed and by smashing our faces into defender's elbows. After chesting or heading the ball maybe we run to the official and say, "Y'know I think I really deserve a yellow card because I thought about handling it there - in fact you should suspend me for a game". Maybe we like to cuddle with defenders in the box so that it only looks as if they are wrestling us to the ground. Now that I've thought about it, I can really see where you're coming from.

Wow wilsonjet, didn't know we were rooting for the same world cup team
