He sings 'We are the Champions' over the team radio, and who can blame him - he saw the job through and is now a true superstar of Formula One.

AND JENSON BUTTON COMES HOME IN FIFTH TO WIN THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!
0'
MARK WEBBER WINS THE BRAZILIAN GP...
1' Webber begins the final lap but all eyes are on Button.
2' Just two laps remain for Button to negotiate... he will see all sorts of debris in his path now!
3' Hamilton will also be delighted to take a podium. The home fans subdued after the death of their man Barrichello's fight for the World Championship.
4'
Button warned that there may be some rain before the end, but very little. And Kobayashi passes a sleeping Fisichella for 10th.
5' Kubica has driven a special race as he eyes second spot with Barrichello now eighth. A single point means nothing to him today.
6' Button coasting in fifth behind Vettel. Oh and Webber is seven seconds clear at the front, in case you were wondering.
7' The puncture was a result of Hamilton catching the rear tyre on his way past! That will make Lewis even more popular in Brazil.
8' The Brawn comes in and that will signal the end of his title fight. Disastrous luck today after such a promising qualifying.
9'
Button moving clear of Kimi behind him and looks set to claim the title. BARRICHELLO HAS A PUNCTURE!!
10'
Barrichello told to look after his car and bring it home... and soon after Hamilton comes past on the inside for third! Disaster for the Brazilian title hope.
11' The points positions: 1.Webber 2.Kubica 3.Barrichello 4.Hamilton 5.Vettel 6.Button 7.Raikkonen 8.Buemi
12' Kovalainen stops and promotes Button a place. That also allows Jenson clean air to attack.
13' Still no sign of rain, although there are heavy clouds on one side of the circuit.
14' Raikkonen eighth and making up ground on Button with Kovalainen holding up the Briton.
15' Vettel is out ahead of Kova and Button! What does that mean for the championship? It means Jenson would have 87, Barrichello 77 and Vettel 73. But Button has more wins, so he would still take the title.
16' Hamilton is well clear of his English countryman. The Red Bull mechanics are out for Vettel...
17' Button comes in... this has to be clean... and it is! He has to let Kovalainen come past as he has better speed.
18' Button ploughing on, so close now to the title. And Brawn will surely win the constructors' crown today.
19' A large black cloud drifts closer to the circuit. Will the race beat the rain? A bit of pathetic fallacy would be a suitable backdrop to this title fight - while the weather itself could have a larger bearing upon it.
20' Webber has almost been forgotten at the front, 27 seconds clear. He pits cleanly and will surely take a dominant victory.
21' Barrichello comes in. He resumes ahead of Hamilton and behind Buemi.
22' Kovalainen advancing behind Kobayashi, who is now set to defend his final-point position...
23' So at present Button would have 90 points at the end, while Barrichello would have 79 and Vettel 73. With 10 points for a win, that would seal his maiden triumph.
24' One of those is Button holding off Vettel. Hamilton is seventh and a way back but lapping well.
25' The early incidents have led to a dearth of cars on the track, and therefore there are few battles going on.
26' Kubica pits and resumes in third. Button is fourth having not stopped, while Barrichello is a long way ahead of his team-mate in second - 15 seconds behind the leader but 14 ahead of Jenson.
27' Button told that fellow Briton Hamilton is a threat.
28' Raikkonen also in for his final stop.
29' Hamilton pits for the only time today and has a swerve on the pitlane exit, lucky to keep it together and reemerge in ninth.
30' Button will win the title if Barrichello fails to take six points more than him - assuming Vettel remains behind him. At present he will secure the crown today.
31' Check out the latest speculation from the paddock concerning 2010: More F1 news
32' Webber now 6.6s ahead of Robert Kubica, with Barrichello in third still full of Lewis Hamilton in his mirrors.
33' Fisichella pits - his only stop - and resumes in front of Toro Rosso driver Alguersuari.
34' Button seventh ahead of Seb Buemi, Fisichella, Liuzzi, Kobayashi, Kovalainen, Grosjean and Alguersuari.
35' The rain predicted by many teams has not materialised - and doesn't look likely to.
36' There are 13 points from Hamilton in fifth to Raikkonen in sixth.
37'
Heidfeld dejected in the pits after he ran out of fuel. he joins Nakajima, Rosberg, Sutil, Trulli and Alonso as casualties in this race.
38' Hamilton will again try to take on Barrichello after the yellow flags disappear.
39' Webber leads by 6.8 seconds from the sister Red Bull of Vettel, yet to stop.
40' He went to move up the inside of Kobayashi, who had come out of the pits... and his fellow Japanese moved across to clip him. He struck the barrier and went across the track, lucky not to collect anyone on his way. The rookie may be penalised for that.
41'
Nakajima slides sideways off the track at turn four and all the way across the gravel trap and into the tyre wall!
42' Button 10th after his stop. Hamilton all over Barrichello.
43' Williams are hit with another hammer blow: Nakajima effectively last after his pitstop.
44'
Rosberg out of the race due to a mechanical issue. It looks like an engine problem.
45'
Webber very quick at present and will look to take the lead of the race when he stops. Which is happening now... he comes out ahead of Button even, who was in front having not yet stopped.
46'
Hamilton and Kovalainen are right up behind Barrichello, who is losing loads of time in the traffic. And Button comes through and past Kobayashi!
47'
Kubica has pitted from third and resumed ahead of Barrichello!
48' Barrichello now having to defend against Hamilton, who could be in a good position after that early pitstop. he doesn't have to stop here.
49'
Vettel however has designs of his own and surges past Barrichello on the outside! He now sits eighth.
50' In comes the Brazilian and he reemerges behind Nakajima; Hamilton eyes Vettel in ninth.
51' Barrichello 2.7 seconds clear now. The Brawn mechanics are out...
52'
Sutil: "I got hit at the read-end and lost control; I don't realise what happened. I was on my race-line exiting this corner and didn't do anything wrong: he tried to go around the outside and he crashed. Out of the race... I will talk to him, but the way he did it on the circuit was at a low level."
53'
Trulli: "I was on the outside and Sutil on the inside and I overtook him because out of corner I had more speed and I lost control of car and hit the wall. I talked to Alonso who was also out and saw everything and he said this guy is crazy."
54' Button now 17 seconds behind his Brawn GP team-mate at the front, who is setting many fastest laps.
55' Six seconds the gap between Rosberg and Buemi, while there are another five back to Kobayashi.
56' Stewards are investigating the incident between Kova and Raikkonen in the pitlane. It took them a while to make that decision.
57' Kubica is just behind Webber, with Buemi in fifth beginning to lose time on Rosberg ahead of him.
58' Webber taking chunks out of Barrichello's lead now, the Aussie having set the fastest lap of the race. The Brazilian needs a four-second lead at the first round of stops.
59' The full order: 1.Barrichello 2.Webber 3.Kubica 4.Rosberg 5.Buemi 6.Kobayashi 7.Button 8.Nakajima 9.Vettel 10.Heidfeld 11.Hamilton 12.Kovalainen 13.Grosjean 14.Raikkonen 15.Alguersuari 16.Fisichella 17.Liuzzi
60' Button quicker in a straight line than Kobayashi but losing speed on Barrichello by over a second a lap as a result of his frustration at present. Drivers' standings
61' Behind the BMW Hamilton leads Grosjean after he passed him easily, with Kovalainen, Jaime Alguersuari, Raikkonen and Fisichella following.
62' Button still trying to get past the Toyota while behind him Nakajima is being tested by Vettel and Heidfeld.
63' Barrichello sets a fastest lap as he extends his lead over Webber to 1.7s.
64' Button charging, almost past Kamui Kobayashi - the Toyota man replacing injured Timo Glock just defends. What a race this has been already.
65'
Button past Grosjean with a lovely manouevre and he is now in the points. And he disposes of Kazuki Nakajima too!
66'
Kubica through against Rosberg for third, brilliant driving.
67' Hamilton has stopped and is on harder tyres for a one-stop strategy. And away we go again, the safety car in now...
68'
Fernando Alonso is out after that incident involving Trulli and Sutil.
69'
There are changes in the top 10: Button is ninth while Nico Rosberg is now third ahead of Robert Kubica, Sebastien Buemi and Kazuki Nakajima. They are up four, four, one and three places respectively.
70'
Kovalainen comes in - and leaves the pitlane with the fuel hose attached! He sprays fuel back all over Raikkonen and the Ferrari caught fire momentarily! The mechanics race down and detach the hose.
70' Trulli and Sutil are almost coming to blows on the sideline, the Italian furious with the German.
70'
The safety car is out.
71'
Sutil and Jarno Trulli fight it out and they are both off the track!
71'
Vettel collects Heikki Kovalainen and the McLaren man has spun towards the back!
71'
Raikkonen's front wing is broken as the home fans roar Barrichello on as he comes around the bend.
71'
Adrian Sutil and Raikkonen coming together towards the front as Barrichello gets away well!
71'
WE ARE GO GO GO!
- Vettel warned by his team about his tyre temperature. Nothing new there.
- Barrichello and Webber on harder tyres on that warm-up lap. Most drivers have followed that lead.
- So who is in front of Button and Vettel as they prepare for the formation lap? Kamui Kobayashi, Jaime Alguersuari and Romain Grosjean.
- The track temperature is 31 degrees with alternating sunny weather and cloudy. There could be rain, you know. The air temp is warm, 27.
- The Brazilian national anthem cooks up the passionate fans inside the circuit further. They want to see their countryman Barrichello secure a famous win and take the fight to Button.
- The race is at 17:00 UK time so join us before then for last-minute build-up.
- Sebastian Vettel also had a shocker - but he will start a place behind Button as Vitantonio Liuzzi has had to change a gearbox. Liuzzi loses five places on grid
- Brit Jenson is 'ped off' - and will have to execute the race of his life to win a first crown during the penultimate race. Button reaction to rain fiasco
- Qualifying went as well as Rubens Barrichello could have hoped, with title rival Jenson Button hoping to wrap up the championship this weekend: Barrichello pole as Button blunders

Brawn you're the best. Even without Ferrari. Good luck.
Congratulation Jenson. All the way to the end. Better car next year.
It was just as well for Alonso that he didn't meet Sutil's car head on when it when it came back on to the track as there was potential for a fatal accident. It was probably the best race of the season by far.
It is unfortunate however, that the Brazilians are such bad losers. During his interview with Lee Mackenzie of the BBC, Lewis Hamilton was being pelted with objects. It was not his fault that Barrichello had a puncture to his left rear. His brilliant overtaking move down the pit straight was seen from various angles and I could not see how the McClaren had tapped the Brawn.I thought Vettel was fortunate to finish where he was given his blatant shunt on Kovalainen at the start which should have been investigated. Kobyashi was also fortunate as he was blatantly weaving Nakajaima came up from behind. Again there could have been a fatal accident.
Joe
i love kimi............
Congrats to all the drivers.
Very well done Jeson. Congratulation
FROM COLOMBIA.
Watchngi BBC3 highlights...
how wonderful a guy is Jenson. Well done to him. Brawny is in tears! Unreal. Mercedes have got F1 sewn up at the mo. Chuckle re Rubens being taken out by Hammy, so unlucky but it would not have made any difference.
Sublime driving.
Revised results after Kovalainen assessed a penalty of 25 second
for his unsafe release from the McLaren pits.
Kamui Kobayashi - 9
Giancarlo Fisichella - 10
Vitantonio Liuzzi - 11
Heikki Kovalainen - 12
all these bad losers moaning about a poor season they are probably ferrari or hamilton fans all i can say is take it like a man and be gracius in defeat.the best car and the best driver over this season won.
this is the worst year of F1; all the regulations just made the sport even worst than before
This season is WITHOUT A DOUBT the most BORING and predictable one in all my years as an F1 fan. It's hardly worth watching anymore.
I'm not impressed
Finally good race of Robert Kubica
Who is the real champion, for my money Hamilton he comes from the back of the field to finish third. that is the mark of a real champion
