0' Glock, left behind by the McLaren in the end, squeezes over the line ahead of Heidfeld, Fisichella and Nakajima in quick succession. That group is ahead of Piquet, Kubica, Sutil, Buemi and Trulli.
0' Rosberg is fourth ahead of the Brawns of Button and Barrichello, with Alonso and Kovalainen completing the points positions.
0' Vettel second, Massa third!!
0'
MARK WEBBER WINS HIS FIRST GRAND PRIX!!!
1' Webber begins his final lap... still well clear of home driver Vettel...
2' Heading towards the end, Barrichello is warned by his team that Alonso may have a go...
3' Webber coasting to his first grand prix win in the RB5 from his sister Red Bull. Alonso still looking at Barrichello...
4' And Alonso in the Renault is closing on the Brawns. Seventh at present, the two-times champion does not have tyre problems and may have time to try and get past.
5' Drivers' standings leader Button has dropped off Rosberg due to degradation on his rear tyres, putting Barrichello right behind him again...
6' Glock still right behind Kova as he seeks a World Championship point at his home race...
7' Webber 15 seconds clear of Vettel, who is ahead of Massa... it will be a first win for an Aussie in 30 years, barring a calamity.
8' Glock ninth behind Kovalainen after a stunning drive further down the field.
9' Rosberg is on a two-stopper in fourth and so could fend them off!! Massa in front of him, and will not stop again either...
10'
Button flies away and comes in on the following lap... soft tyres for him and he is out in front of his colleague!!
11' Eurosport blogger Piquet down in 15th after pitting. In comes Barrichello.
12' Forgotten who you've got in your Fantasy F1 team? Check it here.
13' Piquet runs wide as he looks to pass team-mate Alonso. Nothing more on the rain as yet...
14' Webber leads from Rosberg - yet to stop a second time - Barrichello, Button, Massa and Vettel. Button could snatch second.
15' Massa also stops and rejoins behind Alonso, who is sixth. The final round of pitstops underway.
16'
Vettel comes in anyway on the next lap and changes to super-softs. And there is apparently rain in the paddock!!
17'
Webber stops cleanly for medium tyres and comes out behind Vettel and in front of Massa. The German will have to stop again of course; and Webber can now hold off the Ferrari to help out his team-mate.
18'
Raikkonen on his retirement and the incident with Sutil, which will be investigated after the race: "It was some issue with the engine, I was losing power then needed to stop. I don't think it was anybody's fault, just normal racing. I don't know what happened, I couldn't see down the side of the car. This is racing."
19' Kubica allows BMW team-mate Heidfeld through into eighth, due to a difference in strategy.
20' No rain in the next 30 minutes is the forecast. That would see us through to the end of the race.
21' Barrichello is still on a three-stop strategy despite that 11-second pitstop. He thought he had changed to a two-stopper...
22' Hamilton still dead last and has just made his second stop. He must be frustrated after bad luck put paid to his challenge when the new diffuser had almost put him on pole.
23' Alonso eighth and having a go at Kovalainen as clouds gather. Now a burst of rain really would put a spanner in the works...
24' Massa third, 1.2s behind Vettel. Webber nowhere to be seen, well over a pitstop ahead of his team-mate despite that penalty.
25' Raikkonen is out of the grand prix after coming in for a pitstop. Webber flying at the front.
26'
Raikkonen has a problem and is being passed by all and sundry.
27'
Barrichello suffers a problem with the fuelling rig!! They have to use the reserve one, lose time and maybe not get all the fuel into the car that they wanted!!
28'
On the last three laps Webber has made up 0.3s, a second and 1.5s on Barrichello. And in comes Barrichello, leaving clean air for the Aussie to drive into.
29' The gap between the front two now 1.2 seconds. Barrichello and Brawn are struggling to decide on strategy. Button comes in.
30' The incident between Raikkonen and Sutil is being investigated. The Finn, world champion in 2007, could be in trouble...
31' With the no-stoppers now out of the road, Webber in second is 2.2 seconds behind leader Barrichello. Button third.
32' No sign of rain as yet, although there are some clouds on the horizon... Hamilton was told in no uncertain terms by his team a few laps ago to "concentrate on driving and leave the strategy to us", given his lack of info on the weather.
33'
Germany's Sutil nips in and comes out to collide with Raikkonen!! Part of the front wing on the Force India is smashed and he will have to pit again. Will Kimi be penalised for that blocking move?
34' Button fifth at present and will be third when Sutil and Rosberg pit. Also there are two drivers keeping Vettel away behind him...
35' Massa comes in and Barrichello floors it down the straight. Super-softs for Massa. He comes out in front of team-mate Raikkonen and behind Vettel.
36' Webber made up two seconds on Barrichello on the last lap!! He's eight seconds off the lead... When will the Brazilian 2008 runner-up come in?
37' The Ferrari guys are out ready to receive a driver... it is Raikkonen though, not Massa!!
38' Webber seventh, waiting for them to shift out of his way. He really, really wants this. Drivers' qualifying reaction
39' Raikkonen, Vettel, Sutil, Rosberg and Kubica still to pit from the top eight.
40' Webber should be second when it all comes out in the wash, and with Massa in a temporary P1 holding up Barrichello, he may be able to win this race yet...
41' Bourdais is out of the grand prix with a mechanical problem. Is that his last appearance in F1? He got the Toro Rosso back to the pits, at least. Loeb fancies Bourdais seat
42' Webber pits and gets out again ahead of Button on his hard tyres. His team are still confident of victory...
43' How will the constructors' standings be affected by this race? Find out here.
44' Button 12th and waiting for the field to pit and resolve itself.
45' Massa defends from Barrichello. Kovalainen pits from second and comes out in 15th, where Glock is forced to run wide to accommodate him... and while they quarrel Nakajima takes a place from the German.
46' Barrichello into the pits for tyres while Webber comes in for his penalty, going straight through as the Brawn stops. Rubens out behind Massa and in front of Vettel.
47' Button comes in for a new set, on a two-stopper. He re-emerges in front of Piquet and behind lapped Hamilton.
48' Button has a problem with his tyres, which his team report is replicated on the race leader's vehicle. They are graining.
49'
Webber given a drivethrough penalty!! That hurts his bid to become the first Australian for 30-odd years to win a race in F1.
50' The time difference between Button and Barrichello is 15 seconds. Is that championship lead set to come down a fair bit? Drivers' standings
51'
Stewards are investigating the incident between Webber and Barrichello at the start. Webber may be in trouble after his move sideways into his rival for the lead... he defended his position somewhat aggressively.
52' Vettel has a nibble at Massa but he cannot get around the outside.
53' Massa also told to look after his tyres in the Ferrari. German driver Vettel is on his rear end.
54' The order behind Vettel in sixth: Raikkonen, Adrian Sutil, Nico Rosberg, Robert Kubica, Fernando Alonso, Nick Heidfeld, Giancarlo Fisichella, Seb Buemi, Nelson Piquet Jr, Glock, Kazuki Nakajima, Seb Bourdais, Jarno Trulli and Hamilton.
55' Hamilton lapped by his team-mate and Button. Lewis will have to stop once more in this race. Webber is told to look after his tyres by his team as he tries to keep tabs on Barrichello.
56' The front two are pulling away as the McLaren man holds up the others. Button looking to get past but as yet unable to find a gap.
57' Webber almost a second behind Barrichello. The Aussie started quite well, just not as well as the Brazilian. There are eight seconds back to Kova in third. The Finn is not running the updated MP4-24 which Hamilton has.
58'
Hamilton way behind then thanks to a touch with Webber at the start which deflated his right rear tyre. Button is fourth after passing Massa of Ferrari.
59' Hamilton had gone all the way to the front before locking up and coming back into the fray. He picked up a puncture though and has to pit; Kovalainen also got off well while Button and Vettel are fifth and sixth.
60' Barrichello sneaks through to take P1 with Webber second, Heikki Kovalainen third and Felipe Massa fourth.
60' Hamilton shoots up but runs wide at the first corner while Webber moves sideways into Barrichello but both stay on track...

im sure botton will be the world champion
0ops! mis spelled bias in last comment.
Great job Webber. You deserve this win. But I thought Lewis had a pretty good chance on making the podium or maybe winning. After reading so many negative comments of lewis, I never thougth the world could be so basis.....especially how I have been raised in the south in the USA and have seen and lived around this type of basis stuff. You guys must hate Tiger Woods. But it is strange because you guys like KoBe Bryant and Micheal Jordan....WOW! I guess they are in their place because they play basketball. Oh, forgot what about James " Bubba" Stewart the World Super Cross Champ. I still consider Sumi the man when it come to F1. Maybe Lewis can come close or even pass him if you guys allow him to do his thing and race.
Mark Webber deserved to win this gp no matter what.
Well done Mark Webber, the best man won. Even with the drive through penalty you cant keep a good man down. looking forward to the next win!
Well done Mark from the kids at PACE
Rubens has all my sympathy, he always gets the dud car made from someone elses spares. I'm sure he is sick of playing second fiddle. Go Rubens go.
Well done Webber. Though it has been so close for so many times, finally you have done it!
@#$%
team radio: lewis , lewis !! are you there ? dam!! hes turned his radio off

Except for the fact that as soon as the medium paced Barachello was no longer holding Button up, Button did his fastest lap of the race. Or were you not actually watching the race. If Barrachelo had been fueled till the end and did a two stopper Button would have passed him and gone way ahead whilst Barachello was carrying a full fuel load. Sorry to tell you, as Barachello has said himself many times this season, Button is faster then him. Full Stop. Ever heard a driver admit that another driver is better? No you have not so it must mean something when one does say that
I knew Webber can do it, i was with him the whole race even with the drive through penatly.
For the idiot who keeps calling Lewis Hamiliton, Mr Hamiltons son, I guess Mr Webber's son won the German grand prix, Mr Vettel's son will be p.ss.ed that he came only seconds. Mr Alonso's son once again proved that he can drive fast for only a few laps every race. Mr Massa's son is a totally useless driver and even when has had the best car still does't win enough races. And yes, Mr Hamiltons son did actually screw up this time
A 1,2 for Red Bull. It's good to see it worked out for Webber coming first in this GP race. It took the Aussies 30 yrs to get there, but they done it . It's ashame Brawn are having trouble with tyres since Silverstone.
To Lewis loveres: was lewis racing today? i have not seen him nor his father..he was first in practise and last in race...
Ferrari - 2 podiums
McLaren - 0
hahahahahahahahahahah
point 64 coz he's a sh ite driver and english into the bargain
Yessss! Bravo Webber, in spite of absurd penalty
Leave KIMI along!!!!!
