Obviously this is not applicable to the U.S. Nor was it applicable to Bin Laden....I wonder why?
You obviously fail to take in what's being said to you kipper, you remind me of Sarah Palin.
"Any trial would be a show trial"
At least it would be legal, and in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights that we insist other nations adhere to, the very reason we are fighting in Libya.
"The trial would have wrought even more violence than it will now he's dead."
Stop trying to pass off guesses as though they were facts.
"Are you having doubts about his guilt?"
Another Daily Nazi question .... was he tried?
Was his guilt established in a court of law, according to the laws of any land on Earth?
Because he stands in front of a video camera and makes a claim, does that constitute the truth under our law?
"As for Saddam........................You know, I know, the World knows he has the blood of thousands of Kurds etc etc on his hands"
Did you even read my post?
The FACT is, he was charged with genocide, and then hanged during the trial, just before he was due to give evidence, thereby eliminating any possibility of embarrassing the West.
No-one is questioning his guilt, this is all about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the responsibilities of nations who have signed it.
Really, I don't know why I bother, you truly are a tomato short of a cheese and tomato sandwich!
You have absolutely no idea of concepts, you only see the veneer that rags like the Daily Nazi feed you, you have no independent thought processes whatsoever.
Great stuff, having lost this debate and being shown up as an ignoramus, incapable of understanding concepts, kipper has decided to start a new thread accusing me of siding with Bin Laden .... you couldn't make this up!
