I know a few Chelsea supporters who think he should had given a sack the second he was named interim manager

  As a long standing Chelsea fan I was not happy to see Rafa given the job. But credit where credit is due, he seems to be the first manager we have had who has recognised that Mikel is a very limited player, and also that David Luiz would make an excellent holding midfield player (something I have been advocating for at least a year).
