unless they use Network Address Translation (NAT, also known as Network Masquerading, Native Address Translation or IP Masquerading) it's really quite simple to find out which Yahoo ID comes from which IP. And if they both come from the same one, then it stands to reson they are the same person or different people have access to the same device.
it's not rocket science.
