Arsenal Ladies suffered their first domestic defeat for almost two years as Everton staged an upset to win the FA Women's Premier League Cup.The Gunners were overwhelming favourites going into Thursday night's final at Leyton Orient's Matchroom Stadium but lost 1-0 courtesy of a first-half goal from Amy Kane.
