    Funny lot the Germans. In all walks of life most of them don't like moving around Germany nevermind abroad. The one's that do dream of Italy!

      You'd think the Germans would fit well into the EPL but only really Klinsmann has made it ...

      a great question i have to say the dutch are a fantastic footballing nation they pass and play total football of south americans but adapt well look at bergkamp,van nistelroy robben and van persie looking like being another great dutch import.from france we have cantona,henry,viera,pires, having said about the players from hotter climates we have some great africans that dont mind the cold of the premiership as you notice big time when the africa cup of nations comes around.but allround i'd have to say the dutch except jordi cruyff

        It's always puzzled me why Holland seem to have produced a stream of quality players for as long as I can remember. I mean, you can't compare Holland with Brazil, say. Brazil has more than 10 times the population of mainly poor kids who've got nothing else to do but kick a ball around. And they've got a nice climate to play any time they want. Holland is like Britain (cold and wet) with about a third of the population of England. They must be the most successful footballing nation per head of population even though they've never won anything!
