    so the 1st time i have misse da cup final since 1979, all because united change the rules on tickets, normalis season ticket, all home cup games, fa cup league cup, champs league, now you ahve to apply for all the away games to get a ticket so my costs this year have been,

    4 facup home games = £31 a game
    1 semi final = £50

    league cup = £0

    champs league
    ac milan = £41
    Roma = £36
    Lille = £36
    group games = 3 at £31

    season ticket £548

    = £928 without the cost of going to games

      You didn't have to apply for all away games, the minimum was 5 away applications.

      The thing with this is that for some away games, you are guaranteed NOT to get a ticket.

      There are approx 3000 in the loyalty pot at OT, those who go to every game, home and away, in the UK and abroad. Some premier league grounds don't allow 3000 away fans, so the idea is to apply for them, not get a ticket, but at least the application has been logged.

      If you do get a ticket, sell it on.

      As a Chelsea supporter you have my sympathies. Both sets of fans have a real grievance with the FA for giving so many tickets to their mates and not allocating more to the two clubs' fans.
