I expect both sets of fans thought their team were marginally better but none of us can really avoid that the two teams cancelled each other out for most of the match. As a Chelsea supporter I thought Man U's best player and moves were when the ball was played long to Rooney. He had a very good game. Ronaldo was nowhere. I don't think he's ever had a good match against Chelsea.
I think our best player was Cech. He stopped everything and twice went in head first when the studs were flying and he could have been hurt. For all that is said about Giggs' was-it/wasn't-it goal (of course it wasn't, don't be daft), for Cech it looked a more threatening situation than the Hunt foul at Reading.
