    Im not a fan of man u, but it only looks debateable in slow motion. u cant blame webb for giving the penalty without the benefit of technology, and there clearly is contact, even if minimal

      Soft penalty but there was contact and Agger was daft for lunging when there was no need to, Gerard was a definite sending off, you only have to look at Dalglish`s body language to see that. He viewed in on the monitor and then walked away without making any comment to the 4th official.

        There was minimal contact, and from his position on the pitch, you can see why Webb gave it, but Berba blatantly dived and it wasn't enough for a penalty for me. It's one of the problems of the modern game. Footballers are seemingly taught that if contacts felt to go to ground. Allardyce as good as said at HT that he would have expected a striker to go to ground if he felt contact.

        There can be no arguments for the red. Off the ground and two footed. Easy decision to make
