Yeah utd`s control of the media is so great that they never write a bad word about the club, the manager or the players. They have never printed a negative word about SAF`s bust ups with refs, Rooney`s behaviour, Young going to ground to easily and as for ex-players like Keane they`ve always said what a saint he was. The fact is some players` behaviour on the pitch, and sometimes off it, gets them into trouble and if it keeps happening they get a reputation which the press feed off - and that applies whether you are South American (Suarez & Tevez),French (Cantona), Italian (Balotelli), Irish (Keane) or even English (Rooney & Barton). These players and ex-players provided great headlines and that and not which club they represent or which country they come from is what matters to the press.
