Just like in most parts of the world EPL football is shown using amongst others the SKY UK coverage at some games. And of course various internet sites show 'SKY covered' games, or 'place-shifting' technology can be used , like a Slingbox/Player.
However you definitely cannot receive SKY UK transmissions in Australia via the Astra satellites.
