so it's all cosmetic, clubs can bust the rules for 2 years then sell off on the 3rd and? escape it sorry I haven't read the rules but that's the first impression personally a no loss straight away and perhaps made tighter after the first 3 years to 25% profit thereafter excluding investment in grounds, training facilities and other fans facilities and possibly after 5 years a community trust to develop youth coaching in a 25 mile radius of the club or even developing school sports facilities

stupid rule. if u have a rich sugar daddy who is willing to spent their OWN money on the club, then why should they be restricted?
why don't we just say only the big teams are allowed to win things. no smaller new teams are allowed to become big.
