    by 2016 the amount of tv money clubs can spend on players wages will be ,limited to £60million. There is no limit on how much money clubs can spend on wages from ticket sales, sponsorship deals and merchandise

    clubs can make a loss of £105million over a 3 year cycle

    Clubs face having points deducted if they break the rules.

      so it's all cosmetic, clubs can bust the rules for 2 years then sell off on the 3rd and? escape it sorry I haven't read the rules but that's the first impression personally a no loss straight away and perhaps made tighter after the first 3 years to 25% profit thereafter excluding investment in grounds, training facilities and other fans facilities and possibly after 5 years a community trust to develop youth coaching in a 25 mile radius of the club or even developing school sports facilities
