Lost out again
Looks like the Baggies have lost out again by failing their supporters and not getting Cameron Jerome. Obviously we haven't got anything to offer in the way of a future while we still have a backward looking manager and board.

What a load of rubbish!
Remember a certain Rob Hulse who set the world alight at Crewe before hurting his tummy and never giving 100% for the baggies.
Or maybe a certain Rob Earnshaw who Jerome was brought to replace, what a great signing he turned out to be.
Remember Jerome couldn't hit a barn door after xmas and weve got cardiffs main supply line and the reason for jeromes goals on our own books. Koumas maybe lazy and childish but he'll get us up.- 1 Reply to A Yahoo! User

At least Koumas is an attacking mid fielder. Robson only can tell his players to defend. If you play in your own back yard, you are inviting the opposition to come into your goal area. That is why the Baggies wont do any good until Robson changes tactics or gets replaced.

I agree with you totally!! and now he's trying to sign a 36 year old centre half????

You're spot on Clive. Why oh why does it take the baggies ages & ages to talk to a player, let alone sign him. And before you know it we've lost the player. Yet again its happened with this Jerome fella. Blink and Blues have signed him. When will they learn? Pay the money and sign 'em

Yep and now with Hartson too we should have it done and dusted by nowspring a surprise on the rest of the football league for a change rather than announce we are going to think about perhaps talking to a under rated cheap player. Then letting everyone else in on the bidding war. Someone in the management has a big gob or wants to impress his friends and its not helping. Cynical?
