The big question for me is where do we go from here? I think we'll make the play-offs (More because of other teams poor results than our own efforts) but if we run into say Blues or Preston they will steamroller us. There's no question that we THINK we have the best players in the division, the same as davis, koumas, kamara, ellington THINK there premiership players, well there not. There WBA players and were in the championship not the premiership, it's about time someone put them all there place, told them there not as good as they think they are and that if we don't get promoted it's THEIR fault.

It annoys me that people question Mowbrays qualities as a manager. Weve played some of the best football Ive seen for a long time and the players enjoy working for him. (Even Koumas!!) The chairman needs replacing but only if we find someone who is willing to plough millions in, the fact of the matter is, jeremy hasn't got the finances to bankroll WBA so he is running a tight ship and financially we are in a fantastic position. We need a complete overhall of the playing staff, ship out the big time charlies who offer so little anyway and bring in players who want to play for WBA.

Some Points: (And please comment if you don't agree)

1: Gera - Shouldn't be at the club, doesn't want to play for us and was a one-season wonder anyway

    2: Ellington - See Above

3: Koumas - No premier team is gonna satisfy his need to be centre of attention, they don't carry anyone in the premiership while we carry jason when he's not playing well. Remember a certain Mr L Hughes? He went to coventry who didn't play to his strengths and he struggled.

4: Davis - Injury Prone, Daft Mistakes, lack of concentration. Paul Marden the second?

5: Hartson - A disgrace, should never wear the colours again, you've got robinson / clement / sodje (Who's a loan player!!) all playing through the pain barrier to help the cause and he can't even get fit. Kick him out.

6: After S Wednesday we need to relax and take stock, I was disappointed in clement but he was frustrated and carter was trying to get retribution for his mate. All qualities we need from a team, wouldn't it have been lovely to see ellington / gera / koumas do something similar?

      Hang on a moment.....
I thought we had the best team in the division at the start of Mowbray's reign.
      What has changed?
Nothing....Except his bombastic style of management which has killed our lads' love of playing for the Baggies.
Change the manager for someone who can regenerate true spirit and passion.
This is the team I followed from my youth and I want them to succeed in the future.
If we get the right man, we will get the right results, and the money will follow.
Can we afford Sam Allardyce? A Black Country lad to boot!

oooooooooohh get you keith, why don't you put your handbag away and stop showing off to all your inbred mackam mates that you've managed to ride the media wave to success. As soon as Man U take their players back your well and truely shafted mate. Enjoy your success this season in what has truely been a woeful overall Championship (WBA included) and look forward to setting new records for lowest points total AGAIN next year.

Im a Sunderland fan and its fair to say you have played some excellent football this season and you have a good manager, be it with a big mouth. When we played you at home you were scoring for fun and beating everyone until we won 1-2.then for mowbry to come out on telly and media and say "I wanna be gratious in defeat but the best team lost today.Taking nothing from sunderland( yeh right yer sour face smoggy) we score more goals than them, play better football then them and will finish higher than them.Sunderland are a very good defensive side( yeh miles behin w brom with a massive goaldifferance o f five)and that showed today"
beating west brom in there own back yard 1-2 and taking six points not bad for a defensive side.My point is .................sinse he was hit on the head that day i have seen you loose points and points and struggle. and it could be us again, in the playoffs.

Very good point im also a sunderland fan, and it only seems like yesterday that thick smoggy mowbray came out with his pathetic comments, when we beat wba in their back yard,

just seen wba lose 3 - 2 away to burnley tonight and mowbray looked a beaten man, cant wait to hear his comments after this and see if their as good as the #$%$ that trudged from his smoggy gob when we beat them before,

hope you dont make the play offs but if you do hope you lose in the final,

you small club in birmingham ............................

Maybe we should look at the postitives for a change.
We have a newish manager who wants to prove himself by playing attacking football.
We have a chairman which keeps the club secure in the black and a willingness to keep our best players (which is why we still have Gera, at the time he looked worth keeping).
We have some highly coveted players who we can sell if needed.
We have some really good young players who can give us a core to go on from here.
We are currently in the playoffs and have to win 2 games to ensure it. Theres still a chance we will be in the Prem next season and if so I think there has to be a major squad shake up. I think we are more likely to sell if we go up because the cash will be there otherwise it will be the same story as last year.

I'd like to see Gera, Koumas, Ellington, Hartson and Peace out but will it ever happen?

Funny how everyones favourite most committed players are in defence yet we leak goals left right and centre.

I agree with you on most points, that makes a change you might say!,except for the Gera and Koumas bit I'd like to see both stay, but I reckon Gera would be better in the middle...where he plays outstandingly for Hungary, how Mowbray thinks he's a winger I don't know?
On the defence bit I think our best back four was earlier in the season when Davies was out injured and the back four was : Albrechtsen,McShane,Perry & Robinson...we hardly conceded a goal when they were together.....but then Davies recovered and it's never been the same since!
