Paris or whatever: Please THINK before you write something on these pages again. Pompey are in the PL on merit. They were Div 2 champions in 2003 and therefore were promoted. Teams such as Hull, Burnley, Wolves, Bolton, Sunderland etc are also in the PL on merit. How boring would it be if the PL was just a preliminary group of the Champions League with the predictable 'big four' and a few other teams in it. And another thing. Portsmouth isn't just a 'seaside town with a few boats'. You really must be a xxxx if you think that!! You're not ROCK AND ROLL in disguise are you?!
