    on paper yes, but it shows the lack of elite player world wide and in the premiership when city have to buy terry, so chelsea with its guarenteed world wide audience haveto suceed for the premiership to trough in cash from advertising. so this season will be the same old four clubs very boring and not worth the tv fee for live coverage.
