I agree with the writer - I was really annoyed when he didn't celebrate, he's not showing anyone any respect by doing that because he was never really a Liverpool player.
I don't really remember the FA Cup game now, but Berb didn't really celebrate scoring against us in the league and at the time he was under a lot of pressure from Utd fans and media for not showing enough emotion when he played, I think he got the balance just right.
As I recall, Keane joined in the celebrations for the Liverpool goal he set up against us, I don't see why he 'respects' scousers more than us but I think it sums up his attitude over the last year.
personally i dont mind either way. but i think it shows respect to your old teams fans by not celebrating which is very sporting.
but i also think u have the right to celebrate against your old team if u want to
