Morning (just about) everyone,
Essex, he's only scored once before, for Ivory Coast, so it wasn't that out of character for him. I'd almost like to see him score at WHL against us now just to see the crowd reaction... I think I'd still cheer quite a lot for him!
He's a great squad player, & had a great positive attitude; I hope that's rubbed off on some of the rest of the team. I'm pretty concerned we may miss him far more than we realise (a la Malbranque), but all the best to him.
