I would have said not - the Defoe handball was more akin to Henry - the Dawson was ball to ... I honestly thought the same at the MOTD team (ie that it hit the crease of the shoulder top of the arm) and was ball to not ...to ball.
I don't see that you could compare that with 'enry in any way shape or form.
I don't think that anyone on this forum said handball didn't occur - it was the 'blatantness' of 'enry that was the issue (much the same as Maradona probably committed handball a thousand times in his career, but the one that was the blatant cheeting was obviously on a different level).
