I was dreading the beginning of the season, mainly because I knew I wouldn't be dining on hours and hours of life football thanks to my current living conditions. Still, I'm happy I'm still gainfully employed (for now) and hopefully I'll be back to gorging on the beautiful game come November when my living situ will change again (for the better, I hope).
Not a heck of a lot going this first week...two of the new boys got bent over and spanked...so good for you Norwich...ok, you drew with Wigan, but at least you got a point.
Now, we play at OT on Monday, correct? If so, the game's on ESPN which means I'll be bailing out of work half day for the season opener (that's the only channel I've got that shows the Prem in my shared digs...long story about the shared bit...another time perhaps).
