    Lyon have struggled in their last few games, ordinarily I'd be cautious, but if Bale is fit and on form, I don't think they will be able to contain him.

    Despite Lennon's good team/defensive work, I agree his performances in an atttacking role has been a little dissappointing IMO, I'd like to see Gylfi given a chance.

        In truth it wasn't a great game and we did not play particularly well, some of our lads looked knackered, bring on the break. Credit to Lyon, they made things hard for us and their goal was a stunner. Nothing seemed to go for us, we seemed unable to find any fluidity.

        Re: Bale, he needs to stay wide and come in when he has time and space, not as a matter of course! IMO
