Pompey fans must be celebrating after yesterdays ruling at the high court. It was a bad day for football as it sets a precedent in that badly run clubs can incur huge debts and then walk away from their responcibilities. Many small businesses that have dealt with Portsmouth FC will also not be paid for services rendered. With the new season about to start i can envisage that anyone who trades with pompey insisting on cash.
