    3 considerations

    1. do you think mercedes will take being branded a cheat lieing down let alone mclaren? no

    2. should ferrari be punished for letting the information be leaked in the first place, bringing the sport into disrepute wpould be a good enough law

    3. appeal, counter appeal and eventual lawsuit, u can bet your morgage on it
