  • Was it worth watching?

All I saw on TV was a blur and I'd like to know why there is a Grand Prix in China anyway. They have no cars, and no drivers. And the background noise was awful. This is Eccleston and Mosley making money, not promoting the sport, and in a season which looks interesting this is unforgiveable. When will someone have the guts to demand that F1 racing is fought out where it is actually appreciated. That is already half the world and if the other half wishes to join in then let them prove it by bringing in their own teams and expertise. The skills of F1 drivers should leave us in no doubt that this is a sport demanding the highest ability. The behaviour of its ruling authority is turning it into a farce.

No. The FIA made a mistake starting the race so late in Malaysia (Malaysians told them it would rain), so they had to finish in China, even if it meant Bernie getting in a car himself.

The Chinese knew it would rain at 3pm but the FIA didn't listen to them either. All that seems to matter is keeping European viewers happy with nice start times. Starting to make me sick.

Besides been one of my favourite tracks.

The race was very interesting where the outcome wasnt clear at all until the last laps.
The rain wasnt that much compared to past races. And it can rain much heavier in a lot of other tracks.

Best race so far this season!

Red Bull was probably the best car in those conditions but Vettle deserves a great credit too... he`s a great great talent, up there with LH.

Out of all the drivers, Vettle was the only driver that didnt put a foot wrong and never went off the race-track. Well deserved victory for him.

Also, I really enjoyed the BBC coverage and i`m glad they took over the F1 broadcast rights from ITV.

Except for the main fact that there are no advert breaks, the BBC crew seems quite objective on their analysis unlike the very much anti-ferrari propaganda of ITV.

I watched the BBC feed, and I didn't notice the picture or sound quality being better or worse than at any other race. Also, it rains in Europe too.

However, if the rain was due to an abnormal starting time (which I wasn't aware of), then I partially agree. However, the race ran and, like most wet races, it was eventful and exciting. It's nice to have a variety of different race conditions throughout the year, and there will be more dry races later on. Certainly worth watching, anyway, and it continued this year's trend towards more action-packed racing.

I cant stand LH and all the hype thats build around him, especially after the lie-gate.

But I got to say that, althought it wasnt his best race, he won some point over me with the competitive character he showed on the last race.

The guy, just didnt want to settle with the mediocrity of finishing somewhere between 5 - 8 position. He tried his best and pushed the car to the limits, from start to finish. True, he spun 3 times but also managed some nice overtakings.
