Martin Skrtel an £8m target for Juventus: Would you let him leave, Kyrgiakos' rise to prominence alately showing he can cut the mustard in Premier League, and if Rafa is given whatever he generates from players going out of the cliub don't think it would be too much of a bad thing as I full well believe next season we should San Jose, Ayala and Martin Kelly all on the fringes ready to make the step up, only one I really question is San Jose.

Stephen Ireland: Rumoured to on his way out of Man City we have been linked with him, versatile midfield player who was excellent and instrumental in the City team until recently, would be a welcome addidition if ture, whether would have the funding to bring the lad in this is another question.

So what you're implying is that you are happy with the current squad of players we have, with the money brought in from these players being sold would improve our squad ten fold in my opinion and with the players that are available on free transfers come June 2010, the players mentioned in the 'free transfer' category are equally as good if not better for me , then take into account the money available for actually buying players would allow us to bring in the likes of David Silva and Rafael Van Der Vaart.

Sorry, got mixed up with Mysteron's list, which includes names like Mascherano, Riera, Lucas,...but still, my point remains that if we don't have the money, then why sell to make the team more unsettled?

adidas, your thread today poses a question. Given the information you currently have. Who do we get rid of and who do we go after, at the end of the season.

I'd like to see a complete overhaul in all honesty Mysteron from the reserves (alot of deadwood) then through to the first team, not the list I've compiled is on the assumption that Rafa is still in charge and the only funds we have is what is generated from the sale of players out of the club:

        Outs:

Voronin & Dossena already departed £6.5m.
        Martin Skrtel £8m - £12m.
        Ryan Babel £8m - £12m.
        Diego Cavalieri £2m.
        El Zahr £500,000.
        Damien Plessis £1m.
        Spearing £500,000.
        Benayoun £7m.

That would bring in around £35m - £41m in my opinion, some of you maybe surprised that I have included Yossi in that little list but if the little fella departed I wouldnt class him as being a player that would have a detrimental effect on the team and squad as an whole.

        Ins:

Jerzy Dudek get him on a free, I'm sure he'd jump at the opprtunity, better cover than Cavlieri in my opinion.

Diego Godin, no nonsence type centre half, 23 years of age available on a free would adapt very well to the Premier League imo.

Christoph Metzelder, definitely has the experience and physique to make it in the Premier League, will probably end up back in Germany to be honest.

David Silva £25m Valencia, rumoured that he would be interested in a move to Liverpool, exciting talent and proven pedigree, would love to see him in the red of Liverpool.

Fabio Simplicio, out of contract with Palermo this summer, excellent array of passing ability, quality on the ball aswell as strong in the tackle.

Marouane Chamkh, free from Bordeaux would provide the quality backup we crrently don't have for Torres, will be gutted if he moves to Arsenal and we miss out.

RVDV, believe a £10m bid for this lad would be suffice to bring him to Anfield from Real, versatile across the midfield but where would he fit in ..?

Thiago Alcántara do Nascimento & Gai Assulin, both out of contract with Barcelona, would they fancy the Premier League at such a young age, who knows, both very good talents that I feel may be excellent in years to come.

This would leave around £6m spare which could be spent on either a backup RB or LB, I see the Torosidis rumours are still doing the rounds, would provide excellnt competition for Johnson but may hamper the progress of Darby.

Obviously alot off peoples opinions will vary but for me with these signings if brought in would enable us to challenge for top spot giving us very good cover in all positions especially with the versatility of the players mentioned above.

        Opinions ?.

Yes to both of them. I would sell skrtel, has been a shadow of his former self this season and I would like to the youngsters given a chance. Ayala and Kelly both done when called upon earlier in the season.

As as has been said, ireland is a decent player and I wouldn't say no to him. Thing is any money we have should probably be used to reinforce other areas of the field before we look at centre mid as we already have 4 centre midfielders plus spearing on top of that.

Would not say no to Ireland a very good player which would bolster our defence and attacking to no end.
