I vote for pixies Metro meltdown as the highlight of the last few years.
That debacle is legendary round these parts.
His ebay list runs it close along with his pretending to be black, his Asian wife and support for his local club Palace..
oh and lets not forget his love of popular music 'let me hear you scream!' hahahahahaha
in fact the longer I think about it the more ar*eholes this fool possesses!!
much fab love I tell thee
Sorry it was one of the most obvious dives of all time, the way he went down reminded me of when I was at school swimming and watching other kids trying to dive in for the first time
Oh! THAT reply!!!
You mean the reply that didn't actually address the points raised and just waffled on about.....bugger all really?
Dear oh dear.
As for accusing you of deleting threads.
Care to post up a link to that?????
Now you have to excuse me, as i'm trying to watch the MIGHTY Arsenal get...erm...beaten? By the seemingly mightier Bradford.
One does find one tickled at the thought of thee running around trying todiss prove thy Fabness.
Care to run around some more???
' I haven't denied that Fergie had a bigger kitty'
So you agree with me!!!
'He signed Keane after his first titleCole after the Double, Ruud, Veron, Rio and Berbatov'
Care to divulge the transfer fees???????
Also...yee would think Ferguson only EVER made signings AFTER he'd won the way you try to portray events!!
" (prior to Chelski/City...and oh how he's STRUGGLED since!)"
'Yeah, 5 titles and a CL since Abramovich and the the Sheikh came on the scene. Struggling really bad there.'
INDEED!! As i have stated OVER and OVER ...AGAIN!!
Winning ONLY after the competing clubs managed to shoot THEMSELVES in the feet!!!
'I'm not sure why you're bringing up her ethnicity'
Only the very best for Fab. A very lucky man indeed!
"TYPICAL GLORY SUPPORTER BEHAVIOUR I TELL THEE!!!"
'Not sure who you're confusing me with there.'
Erm....Christopher, Eric, Rikky, Ian etc etc
At this juncture Fab will concur that Ferguson has a decent record in management. The tag 'GREAT' when applied to him is extremely tainted, when one scratches below the surface.
As you have proven, i might add.
Ahh, so my preferences in this forum are indicative of my level of support for United.
I don't, unlike you apparently, read every post he makes. I read some of them. And at least his posts generate debate. This forum is full of wankers, most of them United supporters, talking about anything but football. I'm grown up enough not to get upset if he calls United a few nasty names, and even if his posts are derogatory at least they get discussion back on to football most of the time.
This entire thread is a typical example of the shit that takes up too much space on this forum!!
Not bemoaning our present defence but with ALL the injuries that have hit us I would like a top quality central defender for at least cover preferably good enough to regularly compete to be playing.or relegate Rio to stand bye Nani I think should be cash in and replace give Young more time to get his contribution sorted out In fact unless a diamond throws itself our way keep any opther changes until the end of the season
Yep that'z definitely BAD newz... i'm just glad that he'z banned for 3 matchez and away in January. Just hoping he getz a serious injury in African cup of nationz.

I read this article, and really found it interesting. Although it is, like any other article, just someone's opinion, it seems to be the first good answer to the question of why Fergie doesn't appear interested in signing a "hard-tackling midfield general".
"As we have mentioned in previous articles, Sir Alex has seen Michael Carrick as pivotal in the way the shape and style of United's play is evolving. Shinji Kagawa's arrival was a key element of that, together with the testing of different tactical formations, notably the "diamond" and 4-2-3-1.
So coming back to tactical formations, it may be that you can go to the relevant Sky Sports page for your team and see that they set up as, say 4-3-3.
You'll see the same sort of analysis for United, but when you watch a match like that against City you'll see something very different.
To oversimplify, the modern approach to stifling attacking football is to "swarm" around the man with the ball. Rodgers, for example, wants his players to win the ball back within seven seconds of losing it.
If you watch United, however, you'll see a determination not to give the ball away and when they do, a collective attempt to stifle or prevent the pass. So Sir Alex doesn't rely on tackling, because you only have to touch someone these days and they collapse in a heap.
So he is relying on interception or the inevitability that if you frustrate the opposition eventually they will give the ball away. Then the tactic is simply to attack at pace and in numbers.
So typically United's formation will oscillate between 9-1 in defence and 4-6 in attack, or more likely 3-7 as the plan now is for only one wing back to be up the field at any one time.
Even Sir Alex has started to use the word "interchange" in his description of United's play.
Now, at United, we should remember that Rene Meulensteen's roots can be traced to Ajax. From the moment he was put in charge of coaching for the Academy he has instilled a new pattern whereby before a player is 16 they have been tried in every position on the pitch. Also a high level of skill and a game played at pace are schooled into the youngsters.
This now pervades United's players at every level. Shinji Kagawa wasn't signed just because he can play in the "hole." He was bought because he is a very intelligent, highly skilled and adaptable player who can fit in a system that relies on "dynamic interchange."
Take Anderson, Nani and Valencia for example. When they joined they couldn't tackle and didn't cover back in the way they do now, nor did Young. They have been drilled in that so that they can be just as much a part of the defence as they are in attack."
So, I guess it propmpts the question of not whether someone like Benteke is capable of playing the midfield general role, but whether he can play different roles as the context and flow of the game changes?
They dont have so many ways of hurting you, as the likes of Barca do. I saw them the other week concede a late equaliser, they are fragile defensively. Like you say Stefan, its very even, perhaps given our record against big sides this season, I'd say we have a good chance.
Epic tie though, can't wait!
Fair scoreline, Newcastle have benn the better side so far, and could have been 3-1 up, there second was one that could have either way, but as to evans, he scored then very poor defending gave them a goal, then bad positioning led to having to handball and yellow card.
I know pity lost...but why the f**k cant we defend.
Need a health warning to watch Utd.
We were further ahead last yr & still blew it.
We really need to sort this out, happening too often..come on coaches.
' Need a health warning to watch United '
Oh cry me a river please :-)
Some of you United fans are spoiled brats, impossible to please.
You win 1-0 and you whinge you didn't score enough.
You win 2-1 and the focus is on a lack of clean sheet.
Win 3-2 and the defending was piss poor.
FFS you're 7 points clear and this poor quality season by recent standards is imploding for you. Your team seems to be the only one in the league with a winning mentality. Can't you be thankful for that instead of constantly moaning about how supposedly shyte your team is?
Fans like you create ABUs. Spoiled, whining lil pu55ies who think their side has some kind of right to beat every team before them 5-0 and whinge and moan constantly if it doesn't happen. Don't know the meaning of the word 'support' and wouldn't have the balls to support a club that is REALLY struggling.
United are welcome to fans like you.......
The artical is stupid, Rooney has set up more goals this season, and if Utd do buy that player, which I hope we dont, Rooney will move into the Scholes role; when Scholes has not been in the team Rooney has played that sort of role, in some areas better than Scholes, in defending, certainly.
And saying you dont think anyone would pay the money for Rooney is stupid, the way he plays, the work he does for the team, covering more miles than anyone, from defence to attack and back.
I'm still hopeful we'll go for Shawcross, it's no coincidence that Stoke have the best defensive record in the Prem.
I can agree with some of what you said, certainly out current squad is no where near as strong as previous squads, defensively and in midfield, especially in midfield, and the league is not as good as it once was quality wise, with Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, etc not at the level they once were.
What made me not jump for joy was the way Fergie has us playing, the way he can't see the weaknesses we have, the way he says football nowadays does not need defensive or holding midfielders, while trying to get Carrick to play that type of
If Fergie stays for three more years its also less likely that will get a top quality manager to replace him, as Pep will be in a new job soon and Jose will most likely also be at a new job by then.
I don't agree with two or three years putting off players from coming, as all players know that managers could be replaced during that period anyway, at any club, and they still go to Chelsea knowing what the owner does to managers.
