I made a total of 181 points in week 11 but i was given 64 points, this is outrageous and un acceptable, something must be done. who can help bcos its affecting my league position
Hello everyone, i have a league with an extra challenge, enter a team, you are allowed up to eight footballers out of fifteen in your team that are foreign including subs, the rest must be from England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland or Ireland. The reason for this is because i think if this was introduced in the Premier League then the England, Scotland and Wales teams would improve.
If you want to join you wont lose any of your points that you have accumulated so far, they will still be valid in this league. If you want the challenge it is Group ID (12458) password (541flwl)
Please join (as long as you do not mind that i am a Manchester City fan!)
I will be checking to see that you are following the rules though and if i see more than eight foreign footballers in someones team they might be kicked out!
OK, let's try to decipher this pathetic mish-mash of tear jerking excuses.
The first part starts with a quotation mark, but is so obviously not a quote that it's hilarious to think this fool could imagine we wouldn't notice.
But let's get to the really hilarious part, the part that shows this fool knows nothing about Arsenal, as well as knowing nothing about football.
"against a side that had four main men out, plus two more in Mertsecker and Rosicky"
So Arsenal had SIX "main men" missing, please, indulge us, and name the full team you would have fielded, including those SIX.
Just in case you weren't aware, these are the players in Sunday's squad, minus the SIX.
"As for Van Persie, the measure of the mans decency, & respect for a team that cared for him, for so long injured, can be measured in his celebration at scoring"
The Arsenal supporters were BOOING him!
Do you live on a hill. Baldrick/Dodge? It just seems apt, "The Fool On The Hill."
We're well used to Pixie's eight year yawn of an excuse for Arsenal failing to win anything since the early 17th century,' injuries', and this week he nearly won the 'Worst Excuse of the Week' award for claiming that Arsenal LOSING to United was PROOF that they, Arsenal, are the better team.
I say nearly, because Mr D A Banana beat him to it, by a country mile!
This is what he claimed ... "... against a side that had four main men out, plus two more in Mertsecker and Rosicky."
Get that? SIX 'main men' missing from the side that lost to United, SIX!
So I challenged Mr D A Banana to name the SIX, and to post a team-sheet including the SIX, as he would have played them.
I also reminded him of the players that were in the squad, to give him a guide.
W Szczesny, B. Sagna, L. Koscielny, T. Vermaelen, K. Gibbs, M. Flamini
J. Wilshere, M. Arteta, A. Ramsey, M. Özil, S. Cazorla, O. Giroud
N. Bendtner, L. Fabianski, N. Monreal, C. Jenkinson, S. Gnabry, I. Hayden
We are, of course, waiting for a reply that will never come, because Mr B A Banana knows as much about football, and Arsenal, as he knows about stopping his hair from falling out.
So, step forward Mr B A Banana, and collect your award .... 'Worst Excuse of the Week', and probably a contender, come next May, of the 'Worst Excuse of the Season' award.
Congratulations, you thoroughly deserve it.

Lets see who you've beaten in the league:-
Apart from us,
Stoke - We beat them too.
Fulham - We beat them too.
Sunderland - We beat them too.
Crystal palace - We beat them too.
Swansea - We beat them too.
Who have you drawn
Chelsea - We have yet to play them.
Southampton - We will find out this weekend.
Who has beaten you?
City - We have yet to play them.
WBA - We got a draw against them.
Liverpool - We beat them.
I don't give excuses, but it appears at present, we have played a similar range of teams.
Losing three of the last six is of no consequence when you consider you lost three in six in September. And they were all League Games.
I've had the opportunity to watch a couple of matches live over the past few days, for World Cup Qualifiers and International Friendlies, and while there's a whole other batch to be played tomorrow and the day after, I figured I'd comment on what I've seen.. Curious to anyone else's thoughts/comments on what they'd seen.
Victor Moses - Scored the winning goal in Nigeria's WC clinching victory, and today he was causing all kinds of chaos to the Italy defense, while playing at Craven Cottage, including a very sleek through ball, that led to a headed goal for a 2-1 lead. Goal and half assist (another player crossed it), not bad & we need this!
Kolo Toure - Played RB for Ivory Coast only because they have 2 brothers who play CB for the same European club, Trazbonspor perhaps? He held his own, and more or less helped them keep a clean sheet.
Daniel Agger - Captained Denmark to a 2-1 victory, in a friendly. I didn't see it, but as long as we know he didn't get hurt, then it was a successful match for him.
Martin Skrtel - Captained underdogs, Slovakia to a 2-0 away victory in Poland. Kept Robert Lewandowski in his pocket. Right now, he's on that sheet as fast as Suarez, Mignolet and Gerrard.
Joe Allen - Won MOM vs Finland, and I couldn't believe my eyes. Saw a compilation video & If I didn't know it was Joe Allen, I would have asked, who the hell is this guy? He was winning balls, and pushing players off the ball, while retaining possession, like he was in a Barcelona shirt.. He could end up a huge piece for us!
Sturridge - limps off the field today after 45 minutes with a thigh injury, and some news says he's ruled out, but they uncle Woy declares he's fit and will start vs. Germany, so I expect a torn thigh, missing 2-4 weeks, because he's made of glass and Roy seems to have little concern, while attempting a futile, meaningless effort in winning vs. the Germans..
Did you see the cricket, Gillian?
Australia declared with a lead of 560!!
I guess they weren't BROADSIDED after all .... were they?
Your pretty average team are SIXTH in the league, SEVEN clear points adrift of the league LEADERS, Rikk.
I'm fully expecting that lead to be TEN points behind the LEADERS by Townsend, Lennon and Co wreck havoc into your pathetic MIDTABLE defence at the Lane.
Fergie saw it coming a country mile off and jumped ship at the right....... hahahha!!!
Part Two....So to the question, is AVB to blame?. If he sends the team out with the instuctions to keep possession by passing sideways and backwards with the thought being, if we have the ball, they cant score, then yes, he has to take the blame. If he tells the full backs to bomb forward as soon as we get the ball, without telling one of the midfielders to stay back as cover, then yes he's to blame for when we are caught short at the back when a move breaks down, especially as we play a high backline. If it's the players taking it on themselves to play it off the cuff and leaving themselves wide open, then again, he is to blame because he should blast the team for not playing as he wants them to. All managers stand or fall with the players they buy in. Some can be very good and adapt very quickly, while others need a lot off time. Some can be very good, but unable to adjust physically to the the pace and strength off the PL, so again the manager must take the blame as he should do his homework and make sure they have the mentality and desire to adapt to a different culture and style. The problem for us fans is, that we don't know what is being said and done by the manager and his coaching staff and we should bear in mind that he is still very young and relatively inexperienced and needs to earn the respect of his players, and if he cant, then he must take the blame for not being strong enough. This is all IMO of course, and theres many other opinions that I could give as I'm sure all other fans could, but it seems there are more questions than answers.
Who has annoyed you today then you old fruit, what's with "The Graingers" name?
Come then on you smelly old nonce, tell us all about your adventures in the Rainforests of Bukit Lawang, in Sumatra looking for wild Orangutans!
Everyone knows that the biggest adventure that you've even been on, was successfully sitting on the toilet and taking a dump without smearing #$%$ all over yourself in the process!
*Cue the sudden username change and the numerous message threads about geordies getting posted, all coming up soon*
Not a great performance, but then again the other team were very poor. Strange given the quality they have in their squad. Maybe the new 75% tax regime has hit their mental state more than anyone thought it would?
Mixed in with the poor performance and a number of missed opportunities were two great goals.
One more game to go before the competition starts to heat up.
