I see the African midget missed the date of this post, or that it was a copy and paste job, from when he certainly was in hiding, after being caught out over the mail order Asian wife he pretends has green eyes and blonde hair.
This was just after his Ebay account was found, and his purchase of small shirts, a small PINK jacket and a child's dickie-bow-tie ..... plus 50kgs of chick peas for his falafel dinner parties down the Metro.
He was also still smarting after claiming Phibbers was on the corner next to Holloway Road tube station, which turned out to be the Metro, a GAY BAR!
Yes, she was obviously looking on the wrong board, Pixie can be found on the Arsenal board, Lou, he might even share his green eyed, blonde ladyboy with you.
Embarrassed to say I hadn't read it or heard about it.. Maybe because I was too busy watching Gerrard come off injured in the 56th min vs. Germany or Daniel running his socks off for 90", in that meaningless, daft loss, days before our Derby.
Back to McParland, if he was sacked, it was most likely (by understanding of them) an FSG thing, and if I had to guess, which could be completely unrelated, due to something I saw but didn't may too much notice to, in us losing a youth player, around 15 years old to another club.. For some reason I want to say Barcelona, but I don't remember, and it could be completely unrelated..
Anyways, I do trust that they'll bring in someone good, as I don't think we can have any complaints about the staffing we've brought in the past 2 years. We're not title winners, but we're working sound/efficiently .
Yes I'm being harsh and there's anumber of reasons for that. Firstly bar a few moments I don't think we've played to our potential. Second. We need to and quickly there are harder games to come. Thirdly, I believe our position is slightly false as we haven't played many of the so called tougher teams yet. Based on current form that's a good thing. I also see an opportunity. Results are going our way and we must grasp the chance of getting into the top four.
I agree that Rodgers has dropped some tactical clangers, perticularly favouring the 3 centre half thingy over other players in the squad. You're right with Alberto and I also think it wasn't wise that Wisdom wasn't given an outing. Where's Kelly? He obviously knows things we don't but based on their known abilities etc. and hindsight playing 2 of them over the 3 central defenders would have been a better way forward. Maintain the shape etc etc.
But we have won games even though I have been far happy with what I've been watching. You can only win the games you play. But we musn't lose this opportunity that currently exists within the league. We play less games than most CL challenging sides and others are not picking up the results they'd expect hope for. Bust a gut, do everything possible to play to your potential. I don't want to be here in May saying so near, yet so far. That was Benitez's best play.

...Is that really all you can come back with...?..and what's with the "no pic" and the 3 "SSS" ?
...I think you should take some "down time"...take a break from this place....look at your life ...
...I'm really not "Rikk"....and that's the greatest laugh anyone has ever had at your expense on this forum to date...
...you really should give it up now...:)
Dunno bud, see I dumped Giro for Remy, so it's not really the same as Remy for Kun. I class Remy as 3rd best behind Suarez & Kun, even though I'm making Remy cap this week... simply because my head says Mersey derby tight, and City/Spurs nearly as tight. Whereas I could see Newcastle continuing their good form v a wobbly Canary.
True the move was aggressive and I like "the go for it " but it did surprise me none the less, especially at a time where I thought we would try and dominate possession.
Good point Lukaku, he ran the channels behind the full backs very well. and Everton put the ball there. That is one problem with pushing full backs on. They drag one central defender out and that means someone needs to fill the hole.
My opinion of Lucas from a few seasons ago has resurfaced. He's not at the level we want or need. He is slow, commits awfully soft and un-needed fouls and was booked for it again at the weekend. I lost count of how many clumsy challenges he made where the striker had his back to goal. he's also anonymous when we have the ball. That's just not good.
Agreed Agger falls into the band wagon bracket because he can play the ball on the floor with his feet etc. That's enough to win many over, me included usually but he's dropped a clanger or two as well.
It is harsh but the standard of football this season has dropped again, right across the league.
To a degree Fab - but a change in fortune for a Bale, Wilshire, Townsend can suddenly make all the difference - without wholesale changes. AVB was to sell Daws (maybe he should!) and up until the weekend we had a tight defence (on paper) - but is the defence as good as the stats imply (Walker - not sure, Vert at LB - not sure, Daws/Kaboul - not sure, Chicachita - unproven).
But you're right in that time changes everything - a couple of good wins, with a few goals from the strikers (whoever) and we may start to see the AVB 'style' (whatever that is) prove itself.
Hahaha!! Chomp chomp!!
Temper temper, no need to lose your cool, just because I showed you up, again, you should be used to it by now!
Veni vidi vici!
Wanyama was a big miss in my opinion. Should have at least made an effort to sign him. Lucas, as far as I'm concerned had better up his game considerably or he can leave if the opportunity arises.
I agree on Allen. he needs game time and he also needs to up the anti. He made no friends missing that sitter. He was under a bit of scrutiny as it was / is and missing that will have done him no favours with the Kop or his own confidence levels. Simple fact is we need him, and more.
I certainly hope there's some kind of plan for a long term replacement for Gerrard? I do not want to be in a position where we are still reliant on the guy to the extent we are next season. I'm not saying he needs to be phased out, That depends on what he can offer but our midfield is already too weak (for where we want to be), it needs a bolster and we must think long term.
