    I disagree!

Fia didn't change rules for favour Renault last season. Ferrari has not good tyres and a not powerful engine.
This year, Fia erases mass damper from Renault, this should be a favour for Renault?
    I think no!

Alonso isn't a champion like Schu, Senna or Clark, ok, but I think he need some year again and he will have a good palmares, with lots of title!

You must have forget that F1 changes its rules to try to stop Ferrari and Schumi from dominating again. They succeeded last year and on the early part of 2006. I won't be surprised if rules will be change again next season since Ferrari had already shown success in the qualifying format this season.

Are you sure you like Lotus? Because you forgot a very important name in the team's history. Drove (and only) for them in the 1960's

    A certain Jimmy Clark.

If anyone should be considered the "Gold Standard" it's either Fangio, Jimmy or Mario Andretti.

Fangio because he managed To win five WDC with FIVE different teams!

Jimmy because ask most drivers who the concider the best his name is sure to pop up (the only foreigen driver that AJ Foyt will even compliement). His skills at the wheel are amazing even: http://youtube.com/watch?v=UfVAviHqXtg

Mario Andretti because he has comopeted at the highest level at all forms of racing he has done and still wants to race even though he is now 66. The Le Mans 24 is the only trophy missing for him!

Remembering the man called, MIKHIAL "CHEATING JERMAN" SHOEMAKER, makes my blood boil, to say the least. I'm an avid fomula one fan, and in recent years I started hating the sport, just because of one man and his band of mix european crooks, all in one italian spaggetti bowl decides it time to dupe the world........WHAT?. How can a great sport become so useless to it's fans just because of one driver's autocratic, lying, deceitful, legal driving acts and yet Ecculs, and his band of merry men i.e Max the Bros were raking in the wads with us all watching and paying for the comfort for getting rob all this years, in name of a brilliant sport we all love so much (I eat, #$%$, sleep F1, just to "fess up" a little) like there is no tomorrow. So domineering and stupid is this #$%$ that I could not bear to watch my fav. sport, My God answered my prayers and move him on for good, so I can now embrace my screen once again like a new lover, just met. This idiot is always the first to defend, his cheating acts and throw a fit when caught (you all recollect his under bridge Monaco Crash some years back, and he had the guts to blamed it on someone else, WHY?). Hmmmmmm ......Now that I can watch my favourite sport once again, and I pray to watch again and again, we can see the much efforts other real drivers have been contributing to the sport all this years. That #$%$ was so scared of drivers who could take him on, talking about, Vill the CanadianEel, Montoya the ColombianMadPriest of F1, Kimi the IceFinMan of F1 , DC the Crazy RedBullBrit, and Alonso the SpainishCruzTracker. All the mentioned, are drivers who are ready and want to die on track, as gladiators of the sport not my JERMAN SHOEMAKER of Ferarara who is too worried about how many silvers of JUDAS he rakes in his pockets with holes. I beleive he is missing his former play ground, so dearly...... Praise da Lord, and I say 5 AMENs to accompany. Left in the cold........with no where to go but to come back, as some crazy super brov adviser to ferarara on how to "carry on cheating", the guy wont stay away and I mean away from the scene of F1, years of using earplugs eh!!!!!
I pray some american greenpaper donor, who would one day like to waste his investment by trying my "Jerman Shoemaker", on an INDY race track then we'll see how he will cheat under Indy driving and technical regulations. Moverover most the tracks are Oval, can someone donate a sickbag ???? So that he ties it, to his helmet. Thank You Lord For The Big Move Off The Tracks !!!!!

I would like to know what gran-prixs your watch'n mate, But as things are at the moment unfortunatly, Lil kimi is out gun'n Massa at every race so far this season, I picked massa for this(M-G-Prix).The race and for pole, He got me the pole, But as for the race he's showed me very little in the way of think'n of him as a future world champion, The way massa let hamilton down along side of him, As well as letting alonso trough at the 1st turn was shock'n to say the least, I couldn't believe what i was look'n at it's an amateurs responce he made and one i was hope'n was well and truly gone out of him , But with him still in a strong 3rd place and have'n the legs on hamilton it seemed all he had to do was size him up on the straight use'n his extra speed while stick'n to hamiltons gearbox untill the straight, It's then with everything including a tow that he should have made his move? After he fuk'd up lil kimi couldn't get next to near take'n hamiltons 2nd place which was a surprice concidering massa was all over him like a rash untill f..k'n up with his rookies move so early.........

Ray Elder was an early "hired gun" and he won at Riverside's road course in 1971 and 72. Elder only ran 31 races in 12 years, mainly at Riverside and Ontario Motor Speedway(was built identically like Indy.) Mark Donohue was the last "hired gun" to win in the Cup Series with his 1973 win at Riverside.

Other reasons include the time the races are shown in the states, most start at 6:30 Sunday morning. The coverage is mostly provided by Speed Channel, which not everyone gets as it is a cable channel. When F1 is covered by a network, it is real crappy coverage.
Also, if you took a poll in the stands at most events, you would find a significant percentage of people who have either run at the local dirt track, or had a brother or father (lots of mothers and sisters also)that has. I can tell you that having done it myself, it is a little more exciting and interesting than just turning left all the time. I do wake up and watch F1, and you might be suprised now many NASCAR fans do sometimes.

I am also fed up with ad breaks but it is not itv fault. I understand that it's the countrys network wherever the f1 is racing at. Ok when it comes to UK itv should show the whole race, but they can't because it is a network that is sponsor orintated, it's not like bbc which we pay a tv licence for.

He does not have a great car. He has an improved car, but I think that McLaren has proven that they just are not as reliable as they need to be to stay on the podium. Granted I agree I think that he is mature and seems to have a strong support system that will help him cope, when McMerc returns to thier unreliable form. But I also think that he should be prepared for just that, as we saw in this week's race, there are issues on the horizon for both cars. It's the reality of this sport and that team. That's F1, even Ferari proved a couple of years back, that you can have the greatest driver in the world, but if the car is not reliable then you are not always spraying champagne in the end. May I add this is coming from someone who has stuck with McMerc since just after turbo, but has since defected.

About Kimi Raikkonen...I'm a ferrari fan, but Kimi's mechanical failures background fears me, I think he pushes car over physical limits, and so no way to win a championship. And then he isn't too much professional as Alonso or Schu. I hope I'm wrong :-)

Oh come on, what the hell is all this about? Next thing you know they will be equipped with indicators and windscreen wipers too!! I hope the new guys don't take the opportunity to play a little gamemanship with the established drivers and take the brake light challenge for late braking, because if they have seen Alonso brake, and boy does he brake hard, they will be visiting the scene of their first big accident.

Supersonic 925, you saying that Hamilton has shown commitment to the team?.. the season is barely more than half over,.. have you ever seen anyone jump ship in the middle of the season? I personally haven't.. Anyway.. committment has nothing to do with greatness. Shumi WON with Benetton, certainly not the best team. I'd like to see Hamilton's results if he were driving a renoult, or a Red Bull.

To say that Hamilton isnt arrogant proves that you dont read press releases or interviews....

To say that Hamilton isnt arrogant proves that you dont read press releases or interviews. The boy wants to be the HIGHEST ever paid driver, surpassing Micahel, in his first year. He dumps his girl the minute he makes it big whereas Schumi is happily married and never wandered. Schumi BUILT teams, Hamiloton inherited the best. Schumi competed against the GREAT Senna and beat him. Hamilton is fighting off an angry Spaniard who is being treated as a step child by his own team. In other words, IF Hamilton wasnt British, in a sport that is undeniably British, if he was German for example, he would be hailed as the most arrogant and classless racer for a long time.

One last point. If McLaren has been seen to be cheating by stealing Ferrari designes, and stripped of points, how come its Drivers, who undeniably benefited from the same theft, are not stripped of their points? Does anyone imagine Michael getting away with that?
