You are talking thru your arse!! I agree with everyone else....he was a fool to waste his god given talent,if he knew he had a problem with alcohol, which he did,any other normal human being would have got help and advice from their doctor....did he.....no he went to the bar and confided in the barman,he thought it wouldn't kill him cos he wasn't like anyone else.....but he was wrong!!

I think they will have to pay for a premiership striker if they want to ensure prem football, we almost sprung for Hasslebaink in Jan as it was.
Solskjaer is out of contract come summer and hasn't played regular in a couple of years, has had a series of major injuries so may be seen as arisk and with Man Utd not even having space in the starting line-up for Van Nistelroy at the moment. Maybe they'll give us a loan?

Robbo's team has no passion and even less fight. His transfer dealings are poor and his team selection is even worse. The main criteria seems to be "if you're old and knackered you can turn out for the Baggies". Still he, and that tosser Atkinson, walked away in the early eighties when we had a half decent team (Regis, Batson, Statham, Robertson et al and (hopefully) he'll do the same again if the right offer comes along! Megson wasn't the greatest but at least he had some fire in his belly.....probably too much for our Chairmans liking! Hopefully the Championship will be kinder to us all.

Don't know if you and me were watching the same game, but I thought the first half actually showed some promise and then it all went back to 'usual' in the second half, the only bright spot being Ellington showing that he can score....occasionally!! and he didn't put in a transfer request like Koumas & Gera!,it was Wigan chasing him and he actually declined the offer.....shame really I'd have snatched their hand off with that £3m offer!!,I would also have let Curtis Davies go for £8.5m as after saturday I reckon Paul McShane can fill his place,NO PROBLEM! he didn't panic like Davies does all too often....

I really really want to be with you on this I am just too nervous. Was Pearson the right man? Should Albion tried to keep him on? He knew the lads etc. Mowbray seems to know what he's doing he dropped Zube and went 3-4-3 to try and win but does he have the motavational skills?
Mind you its a bit late to worry about that now, all the players want to leave for the Premiership and are just biding their time til January, please proove me wrong.

Well..talk now of Davis n Mowbry havin a "bust up" so he`ll definately be going.
I doubt we could even give Zube away, and as for Ellington, i`ll take his place...am sure i could miss as good as he does for his wages. And will somone put Hartson ona diet!!
Personally id like to see Davies stay, but i suppose it depends on wot Mowbry does wiv the money...jurys still out on him at the mo.

I am glad I couldn't hear that on the radio commentry its awful that anybody would heckle their own team member, are we letting in Wolves fans to make up the numbers?
If you don't like it don't go.
Anyone who boo's any squad member should try to go to work and get heckled and boo'd and see if they produce thier best performance. It's disgusting behaviour. People like that should grow up.
A winning goal is a winning goal no matter how it comes you still have to be in the right place at the right time to get the shot in and on target. Ellington's contributions might make the difference this vital season.

I agree its not ever gonna happen, and yes i also agree if i was that unhappy and a bigger team wanted me and wanted to pay more money i would prolly go.
My objection is, last year it seemed a lot easier for certain players to just give up, and as soon as was religated slap in transfer requests sayin "want to play in the prem" before anyones even offered them a place elsewhere, rather than give all they had n do their best for their current employers who pay then stupid ammounts of money.
But unfortunately its the harsh reality of what football has become.. all about agents and money money money. Few players really care about the club they work for.

Yep I have commented both aspects of his premiership in other threads, but I think its time the fans spoke. Either he changes tack or we change him. Small shareholders (i.e. fans) hold 60% of the shares in Albion. It takes more than great players to play consistantly at the top, it takes world class players and Peace won't ever pay for them. Maybe if he explains why he won't pay these wages I would listen but he is too arogant for that.

Well I've just read McCarthy's views on the game and for the first time this season I think he's talking through his ring piece!! was he at the same game....I think he's actually starting to believe HE is a Dingle too!! blaming the loss of Murray on losing....even he wouldn't have stopped any of our three goals,if it wasn't for the ref and/or the linesman not giving offside for their second goal...and it was clearly offside on the replays! and Sodje not getting his head in when it counted the Dingles would have had what they deserved from the game.....NOTHING!!!

I agree about the Kamara deal, good bit of business!,but we could have done with keeping Koumas at least for one more season.....so it looks like we may even see a Hartson - Ellington partnership up front this year...I can hear the groans already...and the boos from the stands!!!,Mowbray now needs to go out and buy at least three GOOD players and we might get into the play-offs again,I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that Robbo and McShane will be with us for this next year.....

I don't think that we have a defence. They run around like headless chickens, Just watch Kiely..
He does't seem to control his area.
We have been found out, and the other teams have seen this weakness. We need a good centre back who can command the area in front of goal.
we have the attack and mid-field we just need a strong man at the rear.
