Dont get me wrong, West Ham will be back I'm sure but dont begrudge us starting to hit consistency with one of the youngest teams in the Prem. Potential FA Semis, Potential Uefa Quarters and pretty well placed in the league. If thats average, I'll take it.

I just got the impression we thought yesterday was going to be a bit of a breeze, not only as we'd beaten Chelski but got sucked in with the respective recent records (10 game undefeated for us vs. 5 straight defeats for them)
We'll always struggle against teams such as Bolton as we wont match their workrate. A lot of modern footie is won off the ball and bearing in mind we have Blackburn and Wigan next who will tackle for everything, I fear a few more off days if we dont go into with the right frame of mind.

Think we could be a little weak in the full back positions, BAE did ok yesterday, did caught out of position a lot tho and the CB's needed to cover for him a fair bit. Def. do a player swap for Chimbonda, although Reid apparently wanted by Sunderland?
Downing is ok, v. good crosser and a disciplined touchline hugger like Lennon giving us two outlets. Wouldn't pay excessive amounts, anything over £10Mill is ridiculous (and even thats too much)
