Dont know about that,agree 100% with Jacques Villeneuve about his attititude to the sport,he comes acroos to me as someone who is only looking after no.1 and he's in for a big wake up call this year,as for MaClaren what sort of team sacks the best 'racing' driver[Montoyoa] and expects to get away with replacing him with the latest Brit no-hoper Hamilton.

Re;Englands woeful.[make that #$%$ efforts the words 'chicken' and 'home to roost' come to mind. ive just listened to 'Sir' Geoff Boycotts comments about what has driven the Aussies on how right HE is, Geoff had to wait 100 tests before he got any sort of award and guys got a gong for 5 tests scoring 17 runs! We must never forget that cricket is the national sport with all that implies, But to win a series 5-0 is a magnificant effort no matter who the opposition ok some of the umpiring decisions have been bad but seeing Mahmood just standing there,mouth open watching Shane Warne escaping being run out says it all.But as usuall nothing will be done we might win a couple of meaningless one dayers maybe get to the knock-out stage of the World Cup [think not] the selectors will bury their heads in the sand instead of planing NOW for the 2009 series and we will have pages of names put forward as savours.

F1 boring? abs but what to do,go the NASCAR way with staged finishes, phoney caution flags? With few exceptions F1 has allways been a procession with one team streets ahead of everyone else[Lotus,Williams,Ferrari,McClaren Renualt etc] the only way to get close racing is to have one engine/tyres/aerodymanic package for every car and that aint going to happen.One solution would be to weed out the no-hopers that contunially drift in and out of the sport,maybe change the fuel stops too,also Briatorie has a good point about having two races [its been done before]Think the TV coverage in the UK is lame as well,its all waffle from a couple of never-been racers,and far too many ad breaks,just imagine the reaction to putting ads on halfway thro' a football match.
