I don't give it out on the Hammers board like I do on the Utd board as the vast majority of the Hammers here are only here for a laugh, and discuss football. + They don't spam the Arsenal board.

I wouldn't want to p1ss off some one that badly that it would warrant such abuse, but considering what can be achieved by some on the internet, it's better to be safe than sorry these days.
