Have had the pleasure of meeting Hobbs, Varsha and Windsor various years at the USGP. All very personable and knowledgeable, though I have to say Peter is likely the most enjoyable. Sure as hell beats the crap out of the Derek Daly broadcast team for the domestic network broadcasts (NBC or CBS or whomever it was).

NA"S"CAR cars bear no resemblance to anything you can buy in the showroom, so why call it "Stock Car" anymore? True, the cars back in the 50's and 60's weren't exactly showroom stock, but at least you could buy a reasonable approximation from the dealer.
Restrictor-plate racing is of no interest to me, and it's a joke that they have to have "hired guns" for the road-courses. The amount of sponsorship is also out of control....just waiting for them to list Preparation H as the "Official Hemmorhoid Cream of NA"S"CAR"

Isn't he Ron's "boy?" I'd imagine Ron'll do all he can to make sure Lewis succeeds. His debut was indeed impressive, now it's on the team to execute and provide a competitive, RELIABLE car.
