I`ve been a Robson fan all the time he`s been in charge because you have got to get behind the lads who are doing it every week. Now he`s gone which was a shock, he was tactically poor with very few ideas of what players could do to really unlock the defence. He brought players worth millions to the club, but more so he made the good ones stay, if we hadn`t had Robson at the end of the season Davies, Greening, Gera, Robinson etc etc would have all left for sure to Reading and Watford or any other London area club most likely. Curbishley is the man and if he comes it would be fantastic, but I don`t see it happening, more likly to get O`leary or Hoddle and damn me theres real ineptitude. How about, and I really hate to say it Sven? Ron Atkinson shouldn`t be let near the club. We just got some good players, prepare to lose them if we don`t get the right manager.

BRMB will let you listen if you know a valid postcode for instance B71 4LF, which is the Hawthawns postcode. Although BRMB don't often have great commentry especially of the Albion. I am trying to sort out the free streaming TV channels over the internet but I spent a couple of hours trying to watch us beat the Wolves last night and I didn't manage it yet. Melton is good but I don't know what has happened over the past 8 matches. The problem seems to be more with the players playing for pay not playing for Albion and now they're getting depressed because it looks like they won't be on prem pay next year.

Though I think we are a Premiership team in the Championship and maybe then we could consider the wages again. I don't want to get caught in the Championship forever. A promotion bonus of Premiership wages and spending budget. We have money in the coffers but Robson wasn't allowed to spend it.
The more I think about Terry Venables the more I think he's worth a job offer.
I'm just starting to get hacked off with Mr Peace, it seems he likes being in the limelight at the meerest hint of trouble there he is in the spotlight doing a song and dance. I think he just want to be like the Palace chairman/owner and on Football Focus all the time.
If he appoints the wrong guy then I really won't be happy, plus there is the whole Director of Football that he is actively looking for and thats not really going to persuade an English manager in. I was for the idea when Robson had problems scouting, but now we have the chance to make a clean sweep and do without someone buying for the manager.
If the next manager has problems or isn't the calibre we expect I think it's time to start looking higher.

I disagree, Walcott the most expensive teenager ever is just one of the players that Villa or Wigan or any other mid level Premiership team would be playing every week. They all have good players but Arsenal has a great squad.
I'd rather lose to Arsenal now and get automatic promotion than Chelsea in a couple of rounds time and go through the lottery of the playoffs. The only important match this week is the Blues match where we hopefully can make up for the host of missed chances against them last time.
