    a cardiff, wba final with Tony mowbray..(who should have been manager) lifting the cup.!

    Great email, but will let downs like this, make management/coaching staff reappraise the situation, what did go wrong, why weren't they up for it, what is lacking. There has been too many displays like this this season.

    Incidentally i am now in the middle of the desert in the middle east so needed to turn off before i put my foot through the tele.

    There was no off the ball movement from middle field, everyone was so so static and it was though the management had no other way to play but how they ried too, i.e.e no plan B or even C.

    For any team ball sport the basics are pass and move and create space when you haven't got the ball or get into space when you look for it.

    A totally inept, pathetic performance.

    I got criticised for it before but at times Southgate does need some degree of help and guidance and dare I say it a consultant to help him, I got critisised before for saying it and no doubt I will again but sometime the likes of McClaren would be helpful...Just to bounce ideas off.

    What is going on, who was the premiership side out there today....millions of talent not fulfilled and it comes from management and coaching motivation..I switched off before the end because I was ambarrassed of the style of play and lack of invention and movement. Another poor display and if we are not careful will get dragged back into the relegation zone again..!

    I think with 10 games to go we have to put our hands up and say we deserve relegation this...

    I think with 10 games to go we have to put our hands up and say we deserve relegation this year. Our performances have not been epl standard and sometimes not championship standard...we have the players but i still do not think we have the back room staff...no ideas no plan b...alves is garbage and has solely caused our demise due to a lack of goals....for godds sake we have only scored 20 goals this season...?!

    The current encumbent management team seem somewhat less competent than the last shower...Gareth's problem i believe was not having solid proven track record experienced back room staff behind him.....and a lack of his own experience himself. But he certainly has the right aptitude to make someone a good manager.

    and...Mr Strachan well lets see what everyone elses opinion is...southampton, coventry, celtic alike...?

    He did a seemingly good job at Celtic, and I believe was liked at Southhampton, but is not doing anything here......

    yes we certainly are not firing at the back or front this year and a young niave middle and back room staff just tops it all off..we have a handful of premiership players but not premiership tactics and coaching....The solution..a goal scorer (scoring goals changes games even when the opposition is on top)..more solid midfield..o'neil is not good enough to play there, digard has shown some great touches but gives far too much ball away(the first thing I tell the boys I coach..if the opposition haven’t got the ball they can not score....!!!
    I do hope we can turn things around for everyone at the clubs sake especially SG and GS…come on boys play your hearts out…come back room staff just your brains….come on board use your wallets….

    Up the Boro....!

    All season i have heard people giving different rythmn and reason as to why we ahve failed...

    All season i have heard people giving different rythmn and reason as to why we ahve failed this season hre is why thoughts;
    1. Poggy as captain..(great fighting spirit, but not a strong captain or referee ear basher)
    2. Inexperienced backroom staff(what a difference a different coach has made with steve harrison coming back, cooper back to reserves please, good bye crosby)
    3. Simply one word..alves..what a disaster he as been for mfc..expensive, over rated, no touch, very little skill..hed do well in thornaby sunday league though..!)
    4. The gaffer..southgate..this is now southgates side, all his players and tactics(or lack of them) on display each week..and what a dreadful season it has been..passionless performances, leaking goals like a sieve, not deciding who is no 1...cos we dont have one both are second rate...no good forwards bought..paid 11.5mm was it for alves...and he looks as though he comes from the same book as that south korean guy we had for a season...

    changes...no sorry..big changes are required and like soon to get back u next season
