Not long ago it was Alonso trying to force his way through the first turn of the race, and then complaining that he lost some time touching his opponent (was it Massa?)
Another time it's Coulthard trying to cut someone off on a tight turn, flying off the road and into the gravel...flying all over the place.
It's a man's sport, but the rules are not the same when he's german and he's running for an italian team, all of a sudden he deserves to be hated for it.
This whole schumi talk is a bit dated on top of it. So let go and accept that the guy was a winner.

I think we are missing the CLASS that came with pilots like Mansell Prost, Senna.... Ok, i didnt really particularly like Damon Hill, thought he was a great chap, not an exciting pilot, but he gets my respect and admiration because he had talent AND class.
The likes of Alonso and Hamilton (and we may include others in that category) are nothing but children that have an overblown ego and they fail to show the sportsmanship we expect of them. They behave like legends - while legends dont behave like that!
Maybe there is a reason why people are not watching F-1 so much anymore. A sport is only as good as its champions!

Someone put a post in another thread that i really liked: Give them all the SAME car, with the SAME tyres, and have them race like that. I can assure you that Lewis wouldnt be doing as good as today. He certainly wouldnt top the drivers championship. And anyway McLaren is a disgrace to the sport. They should be banned for 2008, and denied their trophies of 2007... anything else, and you can say F-1 is dead.

When the FIA opposed Renault's diffuser, all the other teams shut its development. It costs around 2 Million pounds to develop, mind you, it's not an easy decision for teams like Renault and Red Bull.
That's what the problem is, bottom line. Why is BraunGP allowed to run its cars with "something" that was outlawed for other teams?
As to where the decision will go - well again this is Formula One so don't expect it to make any sense at all.
Now, about Ferrari being in the spotlight again - I don't blame them. All the other teams are #$%$ off as well, starting with Renault, heard Briatore last week on TV??? Ferrari are the top of all the headlines simply because they are real contenders to the title, and this diffuser thing presents a real advantage - looking at the first 2 GPs, I think we can all agree on that.
