    yes I have trouble accepting arsenal are a big club with the trophies they have failed to ...

    yes I have trouble accepting arsenal are a big club with the trophies they have failed to achieve but the heritage says so much more and until they bothered building a better ground than highbury i woould have siad they were a small club failing to invest in the future. but they have now so unfortunately have to class then as a big club.
    seeing as you are into big club debate do you believe there should be a statutery requorement for premiere sides to have a 60000 stadium. whilst being painful at first for the small clubs, it would reign in transfers for a while and then clubs in the epl could be a little more solvent and teams with decent fan bases could get to watch away matches

    only you guys can answer that one and honestly I don't care I support Scotland but have always noticed a lack of commitment from too many england fans but then that may reflect from some of the players and managers. If accepted how good they were and went out to win games they would have done a lot better. I hve seen utd players drop in standard after joining the england squad. also saw owen learn to dive with england, other players too and become too scared of foriegn teams playing for draws and the like. do you hear brazil say lets play for a draw?

    all these academies had money put in by the epl and fa. so when these clubs draft in loads of foreign kids they have recieved money under false pretenses. like saf I am confused as to why clubs cannot draft in youngster from anywhere in England just because arsenal and chelsea can't find these kids in london why should they go to lesser academies let utd and leeds and liverpool pick them up. If your talking about youngsters improving to a higher standard in their late teens ensure they have decent standards of competition unlike the present reserve league. competition is what creates good players in any sport

    when fans with no coaching badges no managerial experience outside of there dreams can be so abusive to one of allardyces experience then he's better out of the place and if the club don't succeed then they don't have to look very far to know the reason why
