Lampard is well respected as a footballer and as a man. He has the right to express his opinion on the behaviour of others especially when it concerns the actions of another player involved in a match he himself played in. As for the standard of his performances in the world cup, it's very easy to criticise a person without knowing everything that goes on behind the scenes, and maybe if the person dishing out the criticism were a sportsman or woman of the standing of a man such as Lampard he/she wouldn't have to resort to using expletives to get their point across - they would perhaps have some kind of idea as to what they were talking about
