no, o.k got to be more then 5 characters.
Football is a great game, played by over paid mercenaries who have no loyalty to the teams they play for.
The rules seem to be different for the bigger clubs, missing rounds in cup compertions, help with funds when other are fined heavily and deducted many point which can mean they go out of the national leagues.
Pricing it’s self so that the average support can not afford to go.
But I still love it though, but hope it realises it is just a game and not an excuses to create money for a very small amount of criminals, ask Newton Heath and Wrexham fans
The people who are suppose to govern it taking bribes and the dogma they operates in

Alan Wiley is talking rubbish....so Suarez wasn't offside becuase the Arsenal player touched it first?!! But the only reason the Arsenal player touched it was because he was under pressure from Suarez.

In the words of Brian Clough "If a player is not interfering with play then he shouldn't be on the pitch."

Oh wait, maybe not. At least no a certain Mr Alan Wiley. The interfeering rule does not require the player to touch the ball. Quoted directly from the laws of the game:

A player in an offside position is only penalised if, at the moment the
ball touches or is played by one of his team, he is, in the opinion of
the referee, involved in active play by:
    • interfering with play or
    • interfering with an opponent or
    • gaining an advantage by being in that position

If Suarez wasn't interfering with an opponent, then I don't know what he was doing.

I've watched that video on the Whistleblower a few times now and I'm actually convinced that Suarez dived. The first angle showed the dive perfectly and I didn't actually believe it at first, when I watched it again it was pretty blatant and I'm sure there would have been a caution instead for Suarez if the referee had been lucky enough to have the angle the camera did.

I get the impression that the referee thought that was the case too and it was being looked for through the slightest of contact. It'd explain the caution for Richardson, because he had that element of doubt over what Suarez did. A sending off would have been very, very harsh in those circumstances because of the way Suarez went down.

I'm sure Liverpool fans will castigate for this one, but ask yourselves this: Suarez, for no reason, flicks his feet up when any contact would have been in his back. Why on earth would he actually do that? Also, consider this: would you have been happy to see one of your defence go off for such a blatant dive?

My passion for football has lasted over forty years and even though our national team for all those years has failed to give us world domination we will always stay loyal.
    BUT WHY?
This game we love has been taken over by the likes of Mr Blatter and Mr Platini and a bunch of half wits called the FA none of these people have been elected by me or any loyal fan they are all a part of an old boys network for the fat cat cushy job brigade.
Put an end to degrading our national game and oust the lot put football fans in charge not pen pushers.

We may have invented the greatest game in the world but we no longer own the biggest clubs in the world.
Rich foreigners have laid waste and we have no answer, whether its blackburn or my beloved Man Utd we now own nothing of note.
All that worries me is what happens when the rich get bored who will take over, the players are paid to much and no decent minded fool would invest in such stupidty.

Newcastle will sign Carlton Cole and Matthew Upson from West Ham and then a fleet of 4-5 questionable no name foreigners. Cole is overrated, Upson is past his best and 1 of the 5 no name foreigners will be semi decent. Relegation dog fight looms over the Toons for next season.

If you watched the game on Tuesday night, you would have noticed different tactics from United. After a few crosses United realised that Neuer was going to claim every one of them, they resorted to playing balls along the floor, The first goal was through the middle, a pass from Rooney to Giggs. The second goal was just a simple pass inside the box. United will hammer the box with passes, but they also learn what will work and what doesn't. Tuesday night there was very little crossing into the box. Against a keeper like Neuer it just was not going to work. And how many times did United go 1 on 1 with Neuer? You don't get that with crosses. You get that with carefully weighted through balls.

Blackburn will hopefully go down and show the new owners that they pushed out the wrong man. Big Sam had consolidated Blackburn as a mid table Premier League team but the arrogant new owners thought that was not enough. They did not realise what they had. Nothing against the proud club that is Blackburn but we need these failures to stop hobbyists taking on football clubs. It is just a shame that Newcastle look safe or we could have taught two sets of owners an expensive lesson.

I think Liverpool took a risk on Carroll. He proved himself to be a handful in the air early on this year, before picking up an injury and subsequently side-lining him for a few weeks. For Liverpool to pay such a high price for a young player with really only half a seasons worth of experience at the top level, seems like an almighty gamble.I'm not doubting Carroll's ability or potential, but with young players like him being bought for such high prices, it must create some form of pressure on the player.
Suarez on the other hand is proven not only at European level, but also on the world stage. His stand out performances during the world cup proved his obvious ability to all on lookers. Since joining Liverpool he has been a breath of fresh air not only to Liverpool but for the premier league in general. His flare and ability on the ball provide Liverpool with a different option going forward. It is yet relatively unknown how well Saurez will play alongside Gerrard.
As for their emerging partnership, I believe it is highly dependent on Liverpool's delivery from wide positions. With Kuyt often playing wide and Maxi on the opposite side, they really only have one out and out winger-Maxi. He is not exactly known for his pinpoint crosses.I heard some rumors that Stewart Downing might be on his way to anfield in the summer. With his direct style i think that the Suarez,Carroll partnership many well flourish.

Based on remaining games, West Ham, Blackburn and Wigan to go down. Blackburn will not get any points from their remaining games, the only team who will get fewer will be Birmingham with 2 points, but that will keep them safe.

LIVE MATCH STREAMING begins in short while from now

Chelsea vs Birmingham - After the comprehensive 3-1 win against West Brom at the Hawthorns Chelsea will look to build on the win and carry the same momentum ahead for the remaining six games. Birmingham lie 14th in the table and not far off from the relegation zone but having lost just one of their last six league games they have dragged themselves clear of the relegation positions.

So its a game in which they will also be looking to #$%$ at-least a point. But it promises to be a game full of action and hard tackles.
